5 So Jehovah im God put-am for the hand of the king of Syria, this one make them win-am and carry plenty people go as slaves and bring them come Damascus. E still put-am for the hand of the king of Israel wey kill plenty of im people. 6 Because Pe′kah wey be the son of Rem·a·li′ah kill 120,000 people for one day for Judah, all of them na men wey no de fear, this one happen because them leave Jehovah the God of their papa-papa them. 7 And Zich′ri, wey be strong soldier wey come from the tribe of E′phra·im kill Ma·a·sei′ah wey be the king son and Az·ri′kam, wey dey in charge of the palace,* and El·ka′nah, wey im position dey next to the king. 8 Apart from that one, Israel people carry 200,000 of their brothers comot as slaves—them carry women, sons, and daughters; them still carry plenty things and them take the things wey them carry go Sa·mar′i·a.

20 At last, Til′gath-pil·ne′ser wey be king of As·syr′i·a come attack-am and cause trouble for-am instead of make e help-am. 21 Because A′haz be don carry everything wey dey the house of Jehovah, the house* of the king, and the different-different house of the leaders and e give them to the king of As·syr′i·a as gift; but that one no help-am. 22 And na when King A′haz de face trouble e even sin against Jehovah pass as e de do before. 23 E start to do sacrifice to the gods of Damascus wey be don win-am, and e talk say: “Because the gods of the kings of Syria de help them, I go do sacrifice to them so that them go help me.” But them make-am fall with all Israel people. 24 Another thing be say, A′haz collect the things wey them de use work for the house of the true God, then e cut the things for the house of the true God to pieces, e close the doors of the house of Jehovah and make altars for imself for every corner for Jerusalem. 25 And for all the cities of Judah, e make high place them to make sacrifice smoke to other gods and e make Jehovah the God of im papa-papa them vex.
26 As for im other story, all the things wey e do from the start go reach the end, them write-am for the Book of the Kings of Judah and Israel. 27 Then A′haz die like im papa-papa them and them bury-am for the city, for Jerusalem, because them no carry-am come the place wey them de bury the kings of Israel, and im son Hez·e·ki′ah start to rule as king after-am.
