Ecclesiastes
11 Throw your bread for* water, because after many days, you go see-am again. 2 Share things give seven people or even eight people because you no know the kind trouble* wey go happen for the earth.
3 If water full the cloud, the cloud go pour-am as rain come down ontop the earth; and if tree fall go south or go north, na the place wey the tree fall na there e go dey.
4 Person wey de look breeze no go plant seed, and person wey de look clouds no go harvest.
5 Just as you no know how the spirit de work for inside the bones of pikin wey dey inside* woman wey get belle, na so you no know the work of the true God wey de do everything.
6 Plant your seed for morning and make you no let your hand rest until evening; because you no know which of them go do well, whether na this one or that one, or whether na the two of them go do well.
7 Light na better thing, and e good make eye see sun. 8 So if e be say person go live for many years, make e enjoy all of them. But make e remember say the days of darkness fit plenty; everything wey de come dey useless.
9 Make you de happy, young man, as you dey young, and make your heart de sweet you for all the time wey you dey young. Follow wetin your heart want and go where your eye carry you go; but make you know say the true God go judge you* for all this things. 10 So comot things wey de cause trouble from your heart, and pursue things wey fit injure you comot from your body,* because the time wey person dey young and the time wey power full im body dey useless.
