E no stop to do those things.
4 Now, Me′sha wey be the king of Mo′ab na person wey de take care of sheep, and that time, e be de use 100,000 small-small sheep, and 100,000 rams wey them never comot hair from their body to pay tax to the king of Israel. 5 As A′hab just die, the king of Mo′ab turn against the king of Israel. 6 So King Je·ho′ram comot from Sa·mar′i·a that day and gather all Israel people together. 7 E still send message to Je·hosh′a·phat wey be the king of Judah say: “The king of Mo′ab don turn against me. You go follow me go fight war with Mo′ab?” E answer say: “I go go. Me and you na the same. My people and your people na the same. My horse them and your horse them na the same.” 8 Then e ask-am say: “Which side we go pass go up?” E answer-am say: “We go pass the side wey the wilderness of E′dom dey.”
9 The king of Israel come comot with the king of Judah and the king of E′dom. After them don travel round for seven days, water no come dey for the soldiers and for the animals wey de follow them for back. 10 The king of Israel talk say: “This thing bad no be small! Jehovah call this three kings just to put them for the hand of Mo′ab!” 11 So Je·hosh′a·phat ask say: “No prophet of Jehovah dey here wey we fit ask to know wetin Jehovah go talk?” One of the servants of the king of Israel come answer say: “E·li′sha the son of Sha′phat dey, na im be de pour water for E·li′jah hand.”* 12 Then Je·hosh′a·phat talk say: “Jehovah de use-am talk.” So the king of Israel and Je·hosh′a·phat and the king of E′dom go down go meet-am.
13 E·li′sha tell the king of Israel say: “Wetin concern me and you? Go meet your papa prophets and your mama prophets.” But the king of Israel tell-am say: “No, because na Jehovah call this three kings so that e go put them for the hand of Mo′ab.” 14 So E·li′sha talk say: “As Jehovah of armies wey I de serve* dey alive, if no be say I de respect Je·hosh′a·phat wey be the king of Judah, I for no look you or even know say you dey here. 15 Now, make una call person wey de play harp come.” And as the person wey de play harp just start to play, the hand of Jehovah come ontop E·li′sha. 16 E talk say: “This na wetin Jehovah talk: ‘Make una dig gutters for everywhere for this lowland,* 17 because this na wetin Jehovah talk: “Una no go see breeze and una no go see rain, but water go still full this lowland,* and una, plus all una animals go drink-am.”’ 18 But this one na small thing for Jehovah eyes, because e go still put Mo′ab for una hand. 19 Una must destroy every city wey get strong protection and every important city. Make una cut every good tree down, make una block all the place them wey water de come out from, and make una use stones spoil every plot of land wey good.”
20 And for morning, for the time wey them de do morning grain offering, water just start to come out from the side wey E′dom dey, water come full the land.
21 All Mo′ab people hear say the kings don come up to fight against them. So them gather all the men wey fit carry weapons,* and them stand for the boundary. 22 When them get up for early morning, the sun de shine ontop the water, and as Mo′ab people de look-am from the other side, the water red like blood for their eye. 23 Them talk say: “This na blood! E clear say the kings don use sword kill each other. So Mo′ab people, make una go pack their things!” 24 When them enter the camp of Israel, Israel people stand up and start to kill Mo′ab people and Mo′ab people run comot. Israel people move enter Mo′ab and them de kill Mo′ab people as them de go. 25 Them destroy the cities, and each man throw stone for every better plot of land, stones come full-am. Them block every place wey water de come from and them cut every better tree down. At last, na only the walls of Kir-har′e·seth na im still stand, but the soldiers wey de use sling* fight, surround-am and destroy-am.
26 When the king of Mo′ab see say them don win-am for the war, e gather 700 men wey carry swords, so that them go force theirself enter among the soldiers go meet the king of E′dom, but them no fit pass. 27 So e carry im firstborn son wey suppose be king after-am and use-am do sacrifice wey them de burn with fire ontop the wall. People come vex for Israel well-well, so them stop to fight the king of Mo′ab and go back to their land.
