Josiah Love God Law

Josiah dey eight years when dem make am king for Judah. That time Judah people dey do magic and dem dey serve juju. When Josiah dey 16 years, e come dey find the correct way to worship God. When e reach 20 years, e start to dey scatter all the juju altar wey dey Judah. And when e reach 26 years, e arrange make dem repair Jehovah temple.

High Priest Hilkiah see the book wey Jehovah Law dey, for the temple. This book fit be the one wey Moses write. Na Shaphan wey dey work for Josiah carry the book go meet am, and e start to dey read am make Josiah hear. As Josiah dey hear wetin Shaphan dey read, Josiah come see am sey im people don dey do wetin Jehovah hate for many years now. King Josiah come tell Hilkiah sey: ‘Jehovah dey vex for us well well. Go pray to am. Jehovah go tell us wetin we go do.’ The person wey Jehovah take tell dem wetin dem go do na Huldah wey be woman prophet. E tell dem sey: ‘Judah people don leave me. Dem go get their punishment, but no be when Josiah dey rule, because Josiah carry imself down.’

When King Josiah hear wetin Huldah talk, e go the temple and e gather Judah people together. Na im e read God Law make everybody hear. Im and the people promise Jehovah sey dem go do wetin dey the Law with all their mind.

Dem never do Passover for many years now. But when Josiah read the Law wey sey dem suppose to dey do the Passover every year, e tell the people sey: ‘We go do Passover to Jehovah.’ Na im Josiah arrange many sacrifice, e still arrange people wey go sing for the temple. Dem come really do the Passover. And after, dem do the Festival of Unleavened Bread for seven days. Dem never do this kind Passover since Samuel time. True true, Josiah love God Law.
