Shepherds Wey De Work to Care for Jehovah People

Many people no trust people wey get authority. Who go blame them? E don tey wey many people wey get authority de use their authority for bad way and for way wey go favor only theirself. (Mic 7:3) We really de happy say them don train elders for congregation to fit de use their authority to take care of Jehovah people.—Es 10:3; Mt 20:25, 26.

Elders no be like people wey get authority for this world. Them de try to do more for Jehovah because them love Jehovah and im people. (Joh 21:16; 1Pe 5:1-3) As Jesus de direct the elders, them de help the publishers for congregation to get rest of mind and to continue to dey close to Jehovah and im organization. Them no de waste time to encourage the publishers anytime wey them need help. And them dey ready to help anytime wey Jehovah sheep get any problem or when any hospital emergency happen. If you need help, why you no try talk to one of the elders for your congregation to help you? —Jas 5:14.
