They Answer the Angry Priests for Calm Way

Artur na circuit overseer for Armenia. One time wey e de visit one congregation of Jehovah Witness, e notice say this congregation never preach for public place before. To help the congregation make they fit de use this style of preaching, Artur and e wife Anna, and another Witness wey e name na Jirayr, arrange one preaching cart for one small town. As people de pass and see the preaching cart, they go stop and take some magazine. But small time, people wey no like our work start to notice this new preaching style. Two priests come where the preaching cart dey and one of them just use leg kick the cart and trowey-am for ground. The priest slap Artur for face, and Artur eyeglass fall for ground. The policemen take the three Jehovah Witness go the office of the senior policeman. Before, the senior policeman just want know wetin happen. But when e hear say Artur no fight the man back after the man slap-am, even though e see say Artur na strong man wey get big-big muscle, the officer stop to ask question about wetin happen and start to ask about wetin Jehovah Witness de teach. They discuss with that officer for four hours! Wetin the officer hear really touch e heart and e talk say: “This religion really good! I really like-am!”

The next day, when Artur start to preach for public place again, one man come meet-am. The man be see the things wey happen yesterday. The man praise Artur for the way e hold e self and no fight the priests back. The man still talk say the things wey e see don make-am lose all the respect wey e be de get for the priests.

That evening, the senior police officer call Artur say make e come the police station. But instead to talk about the case, e ask more questions about the Bible. Two other policemen join them to discuss.

The next day, Artur visit the senior officer again and this time, to show the officer some of our videos about Bible. The officer call other policemen say make they come join watch the videos too.
