Gɔ-kuluɓai Da Nɛni-looi

One small Israelite girl wor living in Syria, and she wor far from her home. The Syrian army take her from her family and she wor servant for Naaman wife. He wor the chief for the army. The small girl use to worship Jehovah, even though the people around her wor not worshipping Jehovah.

Naaman wor having some kindna bad skin disease and he use to be feeling pain all the time. The small girl really wanted to help him. She tell Naaman wife say: ‘I know somebody who can make your husband to get well. One of Jehovah prophet in Israel and his name Elisha. He able to make your husband to get well.’

Naaman wife tell her husband the thing the small girl say. He wor willing to do anything to get well. So, he go to Elisha house in Israel. Naaman wanted Elisha to treat him like important person. But instead of talking with him, Elisha send his servant to speak to Naaman and give him the message from God, and tell him say: ‘Go take bath in the Jordan River seven times. Then you will get well.’

Naaman wor feeling too bad. Then he say: ‘I thought this prophet wor going to make me well by just praying to his God and waving his hands over me. But he tell me to go to the river in Israel. We get good-good river dem in Syria. Why I can’t just go there?’ Naaman wor vex, and he move from Elisha house.

Naaman servants help him to make good decision. They tell him say: ‘Ehn you will do anything to get well? The thing the prophet telling you to do easy. Why you can’t just do it?’ Naaman listen to them. So, he went to the Jordan River, and put his whole body in the river seven times. After that, he got well. He wor too happy. So, he go back to Elisha to tell him thank you. Naaman say: ‘Now I know that Jehovah that the true God.’ How you think the small girl wor feeling the time Naaman go back home and he wor well?
