2 “A census should be taken of the sons of Koʹhath+ from among the sons of Leʹvi, by their families and by their paternal houses, 3 all those from 30+ to 50 years old+ who are in the group assigned to work in the tent of meeting.+

24 “This applies to the Levites: From 25 years old and up, a man will join the company of those in the service of the tent of meeting.

24 These were the sons of Leʹvi according to their paternal houses, the heads of the paternal houses, by those registered who were counted and listed by their names and who carried out the work for the service of the house of Jehovah, from 20 years old and up.
