Izimfuneko Isikhonzi Esisha Nesingumakad’ Ebona Okumelwe Zihlangabezane Nazo
1 Umhubi uDavide wabuza: “Jehova, ngubani oyakuhlala etendeni lakho na? Ngubani oyakwakha entabeni yakho engcwele na?” Ngamazwi ambalwa akhethwe kahle, uDavide waphendula: “Yilowo ohamba ngobuqotho nowenza ukulunga okhuluma iqiniso.” (IHu. 15:1, 2) Lezozimfuneko azikashintshi. Bonke abeza ebandleni lobuKristu namuhla ngenjongo yokukhulekela kumelwe balahle imikhuba yokuziphatha okubi nokudakwa. Abafuneki phakathi kwabantu bakaJehova labo abathanda ukuxabana, abahluthukayo, noma abakhohlisayo. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi siyizikhonzi ezintsha noma ezingomakad’ ebona, kumelwe sithembeke ekulondolozeni izindinganiso eziphakeme ezinikezwe eZwini likaNkulunkulu.—Gal. 5:19-21.
2 Kunabaningi abasanda kuhlanganyela nenhlangano kaJehova. Abasha nabadala baye bashintsha ukucabanga kwabo ukuze bavumelanise indlela yabo yokuphila nezimfuneko zikaNkulunkulu. Umfana othile waseNingizimu Melika wakhula engaqondiswa abazali futhi waba nezinkinga ezinkulu zobuntu. Ngesikhathi eneminyaka engu-18, wayesewumlutha wezidakamizwa futhi kakade wayesechithe isikhathi esithile ejele ngenxa yokweba ukuze asekele lomkhuba. Ngesifundo seBhayibheli, wahlukana nalabo ababengabangane bakhe, wathola abangane abasha phakathi koFakazi BakaJehova, futhi ekugcineni wanikezela ukuphila kwakhe kuNkulunkulu.
3 Nathi ngokufanayo, kumelwe sizimisele ukujabulisa uNkulunkulu kukho konke ukuziphatha kwethu, “ekulungeni nasebungcweleni beqiniso.” (Efe. 4:24) Sinesibopho ‘sokukhumula umuntu omdala kanye nezenzo zakhe’ futhi ‘sembathe omusha, owenziwa-musha abe-nokwazi ngokomfanekiso walowo owamdalayo’ ukuze sihlale enhlanganweni kaNkulunkulu enjengentaba.—Kol. 3:9, 10.
4 Izwi LikaNkulunkulu, Liyithonya Elinamandla: Ubuntu bukaJehova njengoba sibambulelwe ngeBhayibheli bungaba nethonya elihle elinamandla ekucabangeni kwethu nasezenzweni zethu. (Rom. 12:2) IZwi lakhe linamandla okuguqula izingqondo nokuhlola izinhliziyo. (Heb. 4:12) ImiBhalo ephefumlelwe isifundisa ukuthi intando kaJehova iwukuba siphile ukuphila okuqotho ngokokuziphatha, sihlanganyele ngokugcwele enkonzweni yasobala, futhi singayidebeseli imihlangano yobuKristu.
5 Kulezikhathi okunzima ukubhekana nazo, ukucindezela okwandayo kungathonya umKristu ukuba aphule imithetho kaNkulunkulu. Uma isifundo somuntu siqu, isifundo somkhaya, imihlangano yebandla, noma inkonzo kunganakwa, ngisho nomKristu owayeqinile angase akhukhuleke okholweni, mhlawumbe ahileleke ekuziphatheni okungalungile. Kungakho uPawulu abhalela uThimothewu: “Ziqaphele [ngaso sonke isikhathi, NW] wena kanye nesifundiso sakho” wathi futhi, “Qonda engikushoyo [ngaso sonke isikhathi, NW].”—1 Thim. 4:16; 2 Thim. 2:7.
6 Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi sisanda kuhlanganyela noma sesingomakad’ ebona ngenxa yeminyaka eminingi yokuhlangenwe nakho, kumelwe sihlale sicabanga ngezimfuneko zikaNkulunkulu, sibe abalinganisela ngokuphelele enkonzweni, futhi sigcine ithemba lethu liqinile ukuze silondolozwe. (1 Pet. 1:13-16) Ukuhlangabezana nezimfuneko zikaNkulunkulu zokulunga nsuku zonke kubaluleke kakhulu.
7 Zibekele umgomo wokuba senkonzweni yasensimini phakathi nalenyanga yokugcina yonyaka wenkonzo ka-1993. Zimisele ukusiza abanye ukuba bakhule okholweni futhi bandise izinga lokukhiqiza kwabo enkonzweni yasensimini. (Rom. 1:12, NW) Gcina imicabango yakho isezintweni ezifanele ngokuba ngaso sonke isikhathi ube nesifundo somuntu siqu, isifundo somkhaya, futhi ube khona emihlanganweni. (Fil. 4:8) Imizamo yakho yokujabulisa uNkulunkulu ngokuphila ngokuvumelana nezimfuneko zakhe ngeke ibe yize.—Kol. 3:23, 24.
