50 And the name of Saul’s wife was A·hinʹo·am the daughter of A·himʹa·az, and the name of the chief of his army was Abʹner+ the son of Ner, the uncle* of Saul.

55* Now at the moment that Saul saw David going out to meet the Phi·lisʹtine, he said to Abʹner+ the chief of the army: “Whose+ son is the boy,+ Abʹner?” To this Abʹner said: “By the life of your soul, O king, I do not know at all!”

28 And also all that Samuel the seer+ and Saul the son of Kish and Abʹner+ the son of Ner and Joʹab+ the son of Ze·ruʹiah+ had made holy. What anyone made holy* was under the control of She·loʹmith* and his brothers.
