Ethiopia: The Ethiopian government has given official recognition to Jehovah’s Witnesses as a registered organization. The brothers rejoice to have the legal recognition and move forward with the Kingdom work. Literature is being received, and assemblies are being held.
Ghana: The freeze on our work in this land has now been lifted. This has brought great joy to the brothers, as their Kingdom Halls are open again and permission to apply for registration under the existing law has been granted.
Liberia: After many months of being closed because of the civil war, the branch in Liberia has been reopened. Four missionaries have now returned to serve at the branch, and the brothers are happy to be associating together freely.
