When we experience problems, the only completely reliable Source of help is our God, Jehovah.—Heb 13:5, 6.
Read Psalm 55:22. Then discuss the following situations with the audience.
For each situation, write down one way to demonstrate trust in Jehovah and one way that he sustains us.
We lose our job or struggle to support our family financially
The authorities restrict our activity
We experience serious health problems
We experience a tragedy, such as a natural disaster or the death of a loved one
