  • No good fo yoa healt wen you get all mad. Research wen show dat if you no control yoa anger, you get moa chance fo get high blood pressure, heart disease, depression, an stomach problems. Getting all mad can even be conneckted to getting hard time sleeping, worrying plenny, having skin problems, an one stroke. Dass why good fo lissen wen da Bible tell: “No come huhu, no come mad. . . , cuz dat ony goin hurt.”​—Songs 37:8.

  • No good wen you hold in yoa anger too. Wen you let yoa anger keep growing, dat can be jalike one disease dat can hurt you inside. Fo exampo, you could start fo be real negative or judgy. Dat kine attitude can make you hard fo live wit an could mess up yoa marriage big time.

  • Look fo da good tings bout yoa odda half. Write down three tings dat you like about yoa odda half. Da nex time you get all mad at dem, try tink bout dose tings. Dis could probly help you control yoa anger.
