JEHOVAH’S sheep iz wort plenny to him. He had pay one high price fo dem wen Jesus wen give his life an mahke fo dem. He wen give da eldas da kuleana fo take kea of his sheep. (Jesus Guys 20:28) Jehovah like da eldas treat his sheep in one gentle kine way. Dey follow Jesus an help da sheeps stay close to Jehovah.​—Isa 32:1, 2.

2. In Ezekiel 34:15, 16, who Jehovah like help?

4. How we kno dat From James 5:14-16, 19, 20, NWT talking about somebody who stay spiritually sick? (Go look da pichas.)

⁴ James wen talk about how Jehovah use da eldas fo help us. He wen write, “Get anybody who stay dea wit you who stay sick? Let um call da eldas of da local hui.” (Read um From James 5:14-16, 19, 20, NWT.) James wuz talking about wat somebody gotta do if dey stay spiritually sick. He wen say dat dey gotta call da eldas in da hui fo help, not one docta. An we kno he wuz talking about somebody who stay spiritually sick, cuz he sed dat dey goin come betta wen Jehovah fogive um. Iz like one sick person who like get betta, he gotta go to da docta, tell um wat stay wrong, an den lissen to wat da docta tell him fo do. Same ting wen we like get close to Jehovah again, we gotta talk to da eldas, tell um wat stay wrong, an den follow wat dey tell us fo do from da Bible.

5. How we kno if we coming spiritually weak?

⁵ From James chapta 5 tell us fo go talk to da eldas if we feel like we spiritually weak. An would be good fo do dis befoa we hurt oua frenship wit Jehovah! Da Bible tell us we gotta watch out cuz we might tink we good wit Jehovah but we really not. (Jam 1:22) Dass wat wen happen to some of da Christians in Sardis an Jesus wen warn dem about dat. (Jesus Show 3:1, 2) How we kno if we doin good spiritually? One way iz by comparing how we feel bout worshipping Jehovah now, wit how we had feel wen we firs had get baptize. (Jesus Show 2:4, 5) We can try ask ouaselfs dese questions, “I get hahd time reading da Bible eryday an tinking hahd about um? I ony go some meetings? An if I do go meetings, I study fo um? I radda do fun tings den go service? I tink about money an getting stuff moa den I use to befoa?” If we had ansa yes to any of dose questions, dat could show dat we stay spiritually weak an it could get moa worse if we no do anyting about um. If we no can fix dis on oua own or if we awready wen do someting dat wen go agains Jehovah, we should go ask da eldas fo help.

6. Wat somebody who wen sin real bad gotta do?

⁶ If somebody wen do someting real bad, someting dat you can get hemo from da hui fo, dey gotta go talk to one elda. (1 Cor 5:11-13) Dey no can fix dea relationship wit Jehovah by demself. Dey need help. Jehovah goin fogive somebody’s sins ony if dey “show dat dey sorry fo real kine by da good kine stuff dey stay do.” (Jesus Guys 26:20) An one way dey do dis iz by talking to da eldas.

7. Who else need da eldas’ help?

⁷ Da eldas no ony help da guys who wen sin real bad, but dey help da guys who stay spiritually weak too. (Jesus Guys 20:35) Like maybe you sked cuz you having hahd time fighting agains wanting fo do wrong stuffs. It might be supa hahd fo you cuz maybe befoa you wen learn da trut you wuz one drug addict, you use to watch porn, or you use to have pilau kine sex. You not in dis fight by yoaself. You can talk to one of da eldas who goin lissen to you, give you advice, an help you see dat Jehovah happy dat you putting up one fight. (Teacha 4:12) Maybe you tired of struggling agains wanting to do bad tings. But da eldas goin help you fo see dat Jehovah iz happy wit you cuz it show dat you humbo, you no trus yoaself, an dat you kea about how Jehovah feel.​—1 Cor 10:12.

8. We gotta talk to da eldas about ery mistake we make? Try tell why.

⁸ We no need go to da eldas fo ery litto mistake we wen make. Like maybe you wen say someting fo hurt yoa braddahs’ or sistahs’ feelings. Or maybe you wen even go off on dem. Instead of goin to one elda, go follow wat Jesus wen say an go make peace wit yoa braddah or sistah. (Mat 5:23, 24, NWT.) Try study about da qualities you need fo no make da same mistakes. If you still no can fix um an you need help, den go talk to one elda. Wen Euodia an Syntyke wuz beefing an couldn’t fix da problem on dea own, Paul wen ask one braddah in da hui fo help dem out. WHY WE SHOULD CALL DA ELDAS?

9. Even if we shame, how come we should ask da eldas fo help? (Smart Guys 28:13)

⁹ We need fait an courage fo ask fo help wen we had do one mayjah sin or if we feel like we no can fight off wanting fo do wat iz wrong. We shouldn’t be shame fo call da eldas if we need help. Cuz wen we go to dem, we show dat we trus wat Jehovah wen set up an dat we need His help wen we about fo fall down. (Songs 94:18) An if we awready wen sin, we trus dat Jehovah goin let us go if we go talk to da eldas, tell dem wat we wen do, an stop doing um.​—Read um Smart Guys 28:13.

10. Wat can happen if we try hide oua sins?

¹⁰ Wen we had do someting real bad an we talk to da eldas, eryting come out good. But if we try hide um, eryting goin come out moa worse. Wen King David had try fo cova up wat he wen do, he wen come depress an feel all sick inside cuz he kno he wen hurt Jehovah. (Songs 32:3-5) Wen we get sick or get hurt, da longa we wait fo get help, da moa worse goin get. Same lidat if we wen do someting real bad, da longa we wait fo get help from da eldas, da moa we goin suffa. Jehovah no like dis happen to us so dass why he tell us fo talk to da eldas fo help us so we can come His frenz again.​—Isa 1:5, 6, 18.

11. Wat could happen if we no tell da eldas about one mayjah sin?

¹¹ If we sin mayjah an den try hide um, we could make Jehovah hold back his spirit from da hui an we could jam up da peace. (Efe 4:30) If we find out somebody in da hui wen sin mayjah, we should tell um fo go talk to da eldas. If we wen give da guy enuff time fo talk to da eldas an he neva, den we gotta say someting to da eldas. Cuz if we no do dat, we goin be sinning agains Jehovah. (Pries 5:1) Cuz we love Jehovah, we goin speak up. If we do dat, we goin keep da hui clean an help da guy who wen sin fo be good frenz wit Jehovah again.

HOW DA ELDAS HELP US?

12. How da eldas help dose who wen hurt dea relationship wit Jehovah?

¹² Da Bible tell da eldas fo help da guys who wen hurt dea relationship wit Jehovah. (1 Tess 5:14) If you wen sin, da eldas goin ask you questions fo undastan wat you tinking an how you feeling. (Smart Guys 20:5) You can help dem out if you be open wit dem. Dis might be hahd cuz maybe you shy, da way you wen grow up, or you shame cuz of da stuff you wen do. But no be sked fo say da wrong ting. (Job 6:3) Da eldas not goin judge you fas, but dey goin lissen good fo undastan da whole picha befoa dey give you advice from da Bible. Da oil iz wat stay inside da Bible. Dey goin use da Bible fo help you feel betta an fix yoa relationship wit Jehovah. (Isa 57:18) Da advice dey give you from da Bible goin make you strong enuff fo do wat Jehovah tell. Tru dem you goin hea Jehovah say, “Eh! Da right way stay ova hea! Go dat way!”​—Isa 30:21.

14. Like how Fo Da Galatia Peopo 6:1 tell, how da eldas can help somebody who wen “do bad kine stuff”? (Go look da pichas)

¹⁴ Read um Fo Da Galatia Peopo 6:1. Wen one Christian “do bad kine stuff”, he not living da way Jehovah like. Bad kine stuff could mean dat he maybe wen make one not so smart choice or he wen do one mayjah sin. Cuz da eldas love dea braddah, dey try “help bring um back! Make nice to dem, an do um wit one good heart.” Da Greek word fo “bring um back” talk about how one docta try bring one broken bone back to wea suppose to be so dat it can heal good. One good docta goin try put back one broken bone witout making um moa sore den awready stay. Same lidat, da eldas goin help da guy who wen do bad kine stuff in one way dat not goin hurt moa. Dey goin do um in one nice kine way fo help da braddah. An da Bible tell da eldas fo “watch out” cuz dey not perfeck too an can make da same kine mistakes. An if da eldas rememba dat, dey not goin tink dey betta den da person an dis goin help dem fo feel fo da guy an show him pity.​—1 Pet 3:8.

15. Wat we can do if we get one problem?

¹⁵ We can trus da eldas in oua hui. Jehovah wen train dem fo no tell erybody oua bizness. Dey wen learn how fo use da Bible fo give advice, radda den tell wat dey feel. An dey wen learn how fo keep helping us wit oua problems. (Smart Guys 11:13; Gal 6:2) All da eldas stay diffren an wen go tru diffren stuff, but we can go to any one of dem wit oua problem. But we no like go from one elda to da odda jus fo find one of dem fo agree wit us. If we do dat, we goin be like da guys who ony like hea da “stuff dey like hear” an not like da guys who like learn da “solid kine stuff” from da Bible. (2 Tim 4:3) Wen we go talk to one elda about oua problem, maybe he goin ask if we had talk to odda eldas about um an if we did, wat advice dey wen give. OUA OWN KULEANA

16. Wat kuleana we all get?

¹⁶ Da eldas goin try give us advice an help us, but dey not goin tell us wat fo do. Dass oua kuleana fo show by da way we live dat we like make Jehovah happy. An he goin help us fo make smart choices so dat we can stay faitful to him. (Rome 14:12) Dass how come da eldas not goin tell us wat fo do, but dey goin use da Bible fo help us undastan da way dat Jehovah tink so dat we can make good choices. If we follow dat advice from da Bible, we goin learn “how fo figga wass good an wass no good.”​—Heb 5:14.

17. Wat Jehovah like us do?

¹⁷ We so tankful Jehovah take kea his sheep. Jehovah wen sen Jesus fo pay da ransom so dat we get chance fo live foeva. (John 10:11) He also wen give da eldas fo take kea da hui jus like how he wen promise, “I goin give you . . . guys dat take kea da sheeps . . . Dey goin show you guys wea fo go . . . an dey goin undastan how come tings happen.” (Jer 3:15) So wen we feel dat oua fait stay coming weak or we not az tight wit Jehovah az befoa, no sked fo go talk to da eldas fo get dea help.
