Ziizɛ Zaani Gɔgata

The chief priest dem carry Jesus to the governor palace. Pilate ask them: ‘What the bad thing yor say this man na do?’ They say: ‘He say he king!’ Pilate ask Jesus: “That you the King for the Jews?” Jesus tell him say: “My Kingdom not part of this world.”

Then Pilate send Jesus to Herod, who wor the ruler for Galilee, to see whether he will find anything against Jesus. Herod not find anything bad that Jesus do. So he send him back to Pilate. Then Pilate tell the people say: ‘Me and Herod not see anything against this man. So I will free him.’ Then the people wor yelling and saying: ‘Kill this man! Kill him!’ The soldier dem whip Jesus, spit on him, and hit him. They put crown on his head that they fix with thorn-thorn. Then they start making fun out of him saying: ‘Hello, King for the Jews.’ Pilate tell the people again say: ‘I not see anything bad this man do.’ But they wor shouting and saying: “Kill him on the stake!” So Pilate give Jesus to them so they can kill him.

They carry Jesus to one place they call Golgotha, they nail him on the stake, and they stand it up. Jesus pray: ‘Father, forgive them, because they not know what they doing.’ People play fun out of Jesus, and say: ‘If you God Son, save yourself na. Free yourself from that torture stake!’

One of the criminals that they hang side Jesus tell him say: “Remember me when you be king in your kingdom.” Jesus promise him and say: “You will be with me in Paradise.” In the afternoon, the whole place get dark for three hours. Some of the disciple dem wor standing side the stake, and Jesus ma Mary, wor among them’. Jesus tell John to take care of Mary just like his own ma.

Finally, Jesus say: “I na do all the thing dem my Father tell me to do!” Then he bend his head down and die. Right away, one powerful earthquake happen. The heavy curtain that wor dividing the Holy and the most Holy in the temple, tear into two. The army officer say: ‘For true-true this man wor God Son.’
