Lanxa iBhayibhili lingayisilo bhuku lezokwelapha, lilamacebo angasinceda ukuthi sibe lempilakahle. Nanka amanye amacebo angakunceda:

NAKEKELA UMZIMBA WAKHO

ISIMISO ESISEBHAYIBHILINI: “Kakho owake wazonda umzimba wakhe, kodwa uyawunika ukudla futhi awuphathe kuhle.”​—Kwabase-Efesu 5:29.

KUTSHONI? Isimiso lesi sisikhuthaza ukuthi senze konke okusemandleni ethu ukuze sibe lempilakahle. Omunye umbiko utshengisa ukuthi imikhuhlane eminengi ibangelwa yindlela abantu abakhetha ukuphila ngayo. Yikho ungakhetha kuhle uzakuba lempilakahle.

ONGAKWENZA:

  • Ukudla. Kumele udle ukudla okwakha umzimba futhi unathe amanzi amanengi.

  • Qeqetsha Umzimba. Ukuqeqetsha umzimba kuyanceda kungelani lokuthi uleminyaka emingaki, ukhubazekile kumbe ulomkhuhlane osuphile lawo okwesikhathi eside. Lanxa abangane bakho, abemuli yakho kumbe odokotela bengakunika amacebo okuqeqetsha umzimba, nguwe okumele uwuqeqetshe.

  • Zinike Isikhathi Eseneleyo Sokulala. Ukuzincitsha isikhathi sokulala kungabangela imikhuhlane eyingozi. Abanye baswela isikhathi eseneleyo sokulala ngoba bakhetha ukwenza ezinye izinto kulokuthi balale. Kodwa ukuba lesikhathi eseneleyo sokulala kungenza ube lempilakahle.
