AMADOLOBHO amanengi asendulo ayegonjolozelwe yimiduli emikhulu. Nxa isitha sasingadiliza ingxenye yomduli encane idolobho lonke lalisiba sengozini. 2 UKUDLA

INDLELA YOKUZIVIKELA: Ukudla okulamagciwane kungakhanya kubukeka njalo kungelangozi. Yikho-ke zijayeze ukugezisa izithelo kanye lemibhida. Nxa ulungisa loba uphakulula ukudla, woba leqiniso lokuthi izandla zakho lezitsha ozisebenzisayo kanye lekhitshi kuhlanzekile. Okunye ukudla kumele uqale ukuxhwathise ukuze ubulale amagciwane ayingozi. Qaphela ukudla osekonakele lokulephunga lokungasanambitheki kuhle ngoba lokhu kuyabe kukutshengisa ukuthi sekulamagciwane ayingozi. Ungaphuzi ukufaka ukudla okuseleyo efrijini. 3 IZIBUNGU

INGOZI:Ezinye izibungu zingakuthelela amagciwane ayingozi.

INDLELA YOKUZIVIKELA: Nxa kulezibungu eziyingozi zama ukuhlala endlini loba ugqoke impahla ezingakuvikela njengezilemikhono emide loba amabhulugwe amade ukuze zingakulumi. 4 IZINYAMAZANA

5 ABANTU

Amanye amagciwane avela ebantwini ungawathola phezu kwezibambo zeminyango, ensimbini zokubambelela, emafonini, kumarimothi kanye lakuma-screen lamakhibhothi amakhompiyutha.

INDLELA YOKUZIVIKELA: Ungasebenziselani labanye izinto ezinjengamareza, izixubho loba amathawulo. Ungathintani lezinto ezingamanzi eziphuma ebantwini loba ezinyamazaneni ezigoqela igazi loba izinto ezilegazi.
