Isiqubuthu Esikhulu
Lokhu kungasenza sizibuze umbuzo naku: Nangabe “isiqubuthu esikhulu” babantu abazokusinda begodu bazokuhlala ephasini, kubayini sithi ‘sizokujama phambi kwesihlalo sobukhosi sakaZimu naphambi kweMvana’? (sAm 7:9) Ngesinye isikhathi iBhayibheli lisebenzisa ‘ukujama’ ukuhlathulula ubuhlobo umuntu anabo nalowo ajame phambi kwakhe. (IR 1:5; 5:5; IzA 22:29; Luk 1:19) Esahlukweni esidlulileko sesAmbulo sithi, “nje-ke amakhosi wephasi, iinkhulu, iinduna zamabutho, iinjinga, abanamandla, zoke iingqila, nabo boke abantu abatjhaphulukileko.” Sibaveze njengalabo abafuna ukuzifihla bathi, “welani phezu kwethu nisifihle ebusweni baloyo ohlezi esihlalweni sobukhosi nelakeni leMvana, ngombana ilanga elikhulu lelaka lifikile, ngubani ozokukghona ukujama?” (sAm 6:15-17; madanisa noLuk 21:36.) “Isiqubuthu esikhulu” babantu abasinde ngesikhathi selaka begodu bazokukghona ‘ukujama’ phambi kwakaZimu neMvana.

Ngemva kokuthi kudlule iminyaka ematjhumi amathathu iJerusalema litjhatjalalisiwe, umpostoli uJwanisi wabona isiqubuthu esikhulu sivela kizo zoke iintjhaba, iinkoro, abantu namalimi, watjelwa ukuthi: “Laba ngilabo abavela esizini elikhulu.” (sAm 7:13, 14) Lokhu kutjho ukuthi isiqubuthu esikhulu sizabe sisindile ‘esizini elikhulu.’ Lokhu kufakazelwa mtlolo wezEnzo 7:9, 10 uthi: “Kodwana uZimu bekanaye [uJosefa], wamsindisa kikho koke ukutshwenyeka kwakhe.” Ukusindiswa kwakaJosefa ematshwenyekenakhe akutjho ukuthi wawakghodlhelela kwaphela kodwana wakghona ukuphila nesizi aqalana nalo.

UZimu Ubeka U-Israyeli Iphawu
Akunakuzaza ukuthi iingilozi ezine zijamele iinqhema ezine zeengilozi uJehova azisebenzisako bona zibambe imbubhiso bekufike isikhathi esifaneleko. Lokha iingilozi nazehlisa imimoya yetukuthelo kaZimu evela etjhingalanga, etlhagwini, epumalanga, nesewula, ihlekelele izokuba yikulu. Ngubani “ingilozi yomgodi onganamkhawulo”?

Idumo nephazimulo nokuhlakanipha nokuthokoza nehlonipho namandla nobukghoni akube kuZimethu phakade naphakade. Amen.”

Bobani abofakazi ababili okukhulunywa ngabo kusAmbulo isahluko 11?
Umtlolo wesAmbulo 11:3 ukhuluma ngabofakazi ababili abazokuphorofida namkha batjhumayele amalanga ayi-1 260. IsAmbulo sithi isibandana sizokuphuma “sibahlule besibabulale.” “Kodwana ngemva kwamalanga amathathu nesiquntu,” abofakazi ababilaba bazokuvuswa, begodu lokho kuzokurara abantu abanengi abazabe baqalile.—IsAm. 11:7, 11.
Bobani abofakazi ababilaba? Indlela iBhayibheli elilandisa ngayo izositjela bona kuhlekuhle bobani. Kokuthoma, sitjelwa bona bafanekiselwa “mimithi emibili ye-oliva namalithi amabili weembani.” (IsAm. 11:4) Lokhu kusikhumbuza amalithi wesibani nemithi emibili ye-oliva ehlathululwe esiphorofidweni esatlolwa nguZakariya. Imithi ye-oliva leyo ifanekisela abantu ‘ababili’ abazeswe ngamafutha wobukhosi okuMbusi uZerubhabeli noMphristi oMkhulu uJotjhuwa. Kuthiwa ‘bajame phambi [kwakaJehova], umniniphasi loke.’ (Zak. 4:1-3, 14) Kwesibili, abofakazi ababilaba kuthiwa benza imikarisomraro efana naleyo ebeyenziwa nguMosi no-Elitjha.—Madanisa isAmbulo 11:5, 6 noNumeri 16:1-7, 28-35; 1 AmaKhosi 17:1; 18:41-45.
Imitlolo le ifana ngani? Ekulandiseni ngakunye ikhuluma ngabantu bakaZimu abakhethiweko ebebadosa phambili ngeenkhathi zeenlingo ezibudisi. Yeke, isAmbulo isahluko 11, sazaliseka ngesikhathi abanakwethu abakhethiweko ebebadosa phambili nekuhlonywa umBuso kaZimu ezulwini ngo-1914, batjhumayela bambethe ‘imigodla’ iminyaka emithathu nesiquntu.
Abakhethiwekwaba babulawa nebaqeda ukutjhumayela bambethe izambatho zomgodla. Ukubulawokhu kufanekisela ukuvalelwa ejele kwabafowethu, isikhathi esimalanga amathathu nesiquntu angokomfanekiso. Amanaba kaZimu bekacabanga bona umsebenzi ebewenziwa bofakazaba uphelile, yeke athaba ajekezela.—IsAm. 11:8-10.
Nanyana kunjalo, kwathi ekupheleni kwamalanga amathathu nesiquntu angokomfanekiso, abofakazi ababilaba bavuka. Abakhethiweko abahlala bathembekile khenge batjhatjululwe ejele kwaphela, kodwana babekwa nguZimu asebenzisa iNdodanakhe, uJesu Krestu. Ngo-1919 baba phakathi kwalabo ababekwa esikhundleni sokuba ‘yinceku ethembekileko nehlakaniphileko’ ezokuphakela abantu bakaZimu ukudla okungokomfanekiso emihleni yokuphela.—Mat. 24:45-47; IsAm. 11:11, 12.
Kuyakara-ke ukuthi isAmbulo 11:1, 2 sihlobanisa izenzakalwezi nokulinganiswa namkha ukuhlolwa kwethempeli elingokomfanekiso. Incwadi kaMalaki isahluko 3 ikhuluma ngakho ukuhlolisisokho okulandelwa kuhlanzwa kwethempelelo. (Mal. 3:1-4) Ukuhlolisiswa nokuhlanzwa kwethempeleli kwathatha isikhathi esingangani? Kwathoma kusukela ngo-1914 bekwaba ngo-1919. Isikhathesi sihlanganisa kokubili amalanga ayi-1 260 (okuziinyanga ezima-42) namalanga amathathu nesiquntu angokomfanekiso akusAmbulo isahluko 11.
Sikuthabela khulu ukuthi uJehova wahlwengisa abantu bakhe abatjhisekela imisebenzi emihle! (Tit. 2:14) Ngaphezu kwalokho, sibathokoza khulu abafowethu abakhethiweko abathembeka, badosa phambili ekubeni bofakazi ababili emihleni ebudisi leyo.
(IsAmbulo 11:7) Nasele baqede ukufakaza kwabo, isibandana esikhuphuka siphuma emgodini onganamkhawulo sizokulwa nabo sibahlule begodu sibabulale.
(IsAmbulo 11:11) Ngemva kwamalanga amathathu nesiquntu, ummoya wokuphila ovela kuZimu wangena kibo, bajama ngeenyawo, labo abababonako bafikelwa kukwesaba okukhulu.
Rhubhulula Ngezinto ZakaZimu Eziligugu
(IsAmbulo 10:9, 10) Ngaya engilozini, ngayitjela bona inginikele umsongo omncani. Yathi kimi: “Uthathe, uwudle, uzokwenza amathumbakho ababe, kodwana ngemlonyenakho uzokuba mnandi njengeliju.” 10 Ngawuthatha umsongo omncani esandleni sengilozi leyo, ngawudla, emlonyenami bewumnandi njengeliju, kodwana ngemathunjinami bewubaba.

Umsongo, Osongiweko
Usetjenziswe Ngendlela Engokomfanekiso. EBhayibhelini kuneendawo ezinengi lapho kusetjenziswe khona ngokomfanekiso ibizo elithi, “umsongo.” UHezekiyeli noZakariya ngamunye wabo wabona umsongo otlolwe ngaphambili nangemva. Kanengi bebasebenzisa ihlangothi linye kwaphela lomsongo, amahlangothi womabili kungenzeka bekaqalisela ubudisi bawo, nokuqakatheka kwezahlulelo ezitlolwe emisongweni le. (Hez 2:9–3:3; Zak 5:1-4) Embonweni wesAmbulo, loyo ohlezi esihlalweni sobukhosi esandleni sakhe sokudla uphethe umsongo ovalwe waqiniswa ngamatshwayo alikhomba, uvikela lokho okutloliweko bekube kulapho iMvana kaZimu iwuvula khona. (sAm 5:1, 12; 6:1, 12-14) Ngokukhamba kwesikhathi, embonweni loyo uJwanisi wanikelwa umsongo begodu walayelwa bona awudle. Umsongo uJwanisi awudlako bewumnandi kodwana bewumbabela emathunjini. Njengombana umsongo lo bewuvulekile, bewuzwisiseka. Umlayezo owafunyanwa nguJwanisi ‘bewumnandi’ kodwana bewunezinto ezibabako ebekufuze aziphorofide, njengombana atjelwa bona enze njalo. (sAm 10:1-11) Ngokufanako, noHezekiyeli wanikelwa umsongo otlolwe amezwi ‘wesililo, wokuquma nokububula.’—Hez 2:10.
(IsAmbulo 12:1-5) Ngemva kwalokho kwabonakala isibonakaliso esikhulu ezulwini: Umfazi ombethe ilanga, begodu inyanga beyingaphasi kweenyawo zakhe, ehlokwakhe bekunesihlohlo seenkwekwezi ezili-12, 2 begodu bekasidisi. Bekalila ngebanga lemirhelo, asebuhlungwini njengombana azokubeletha. 3 Kwabonakala esinye isibonakaliso ezulwini. Qala! Idragoni ekulu enombala onjengomlilo, eneenhloko ezilikhomba neempondo ezilitjhumi begodu eenhlokwenayo bekuneenhlohlo ezilikhomba; 4 umsilayo bewudosa ingcenye yesithathu yeenkwekwezi zezulwini, yazilahlela phasi ephasini. Idragoni beyisolo ijame phambi komfazi obesekazokubeletha, ukwenzela bona nakabelethako, irhiribidele umntwanakhe. 5 Wabeletha indodana, ebeyizokwelusa iintjhaba zoke ngentonga yesimbi. Umntwanakhe wathathwa wasiwa kuZimu nesihlalweni sakhe sobukhosi.

Iinhlungu Zokubeletha
Embonwenakhe wesAmbulo umpostoli uJwanisi wabona umfazi wezulwini alila “asebuhlungwini njengombana azokubeletha.” Wabeletha “indodana, ebeyizokwelusa iintjhaba zoke ngentonga yesimbi.” Naphezu kwemizamo eyenziwa ngudragoni ukuthi ambulalele, ‘umntwanakhe wathathwa wasiwa kuZimu nesihlalweni sakhe sobukhosi.’ (sAm 12:1, 2, 4-6) Indodana nayithathwa nguZimu lokho kutjho bona uyamamukela ukuthi mntwanakhe, ngijtho nekadeni bekujayelekile bona umntwana osandukubelethwa asiwe kuyise ukuthi amamukele. Lokho kutjho bona ‘umma’ lo “umfazi” kaZimu, “iJerusalema laphezulu,” ‘lingumma’ kaKrestu nabafowabo abazesikweko.—Gal 4:26; Heb 2:11, 12, 17.
“Umfazi” kaZimu wezulwini akanasono, begodu nakabelethako bengekhe ezwe ubuhlungu. Yeke, iinhlungu zokubeletha bezizokwenzeka ngokomfanekiso ukutjengisa ukuthi “umfazi” lo bekazokulemuka bona isikhathi sokubeletha sesifikile; bese uyabeletha msinyana angakalindeli.—sAm 12:2.
Izokuba ngubani ‘indodana’ le? ‘Izokwelusa iintjhaba zoke ngentonga yesimbi.’ Emtlolweni weRhubo 2:6-9 kwabikezelwa ukuthi uMesiya uzokuba yiKosi. Kodwana uJwanisi wabona umbono lo ngemva kobana uKrestu sekabelethiwe ephasini, wafa begodu wavuswa. Yeke umbono lo uqalisela ekubelethweni komBuso kaMesiya osezandleni zeNdodana kaZimu uJesu Krestu, ovusiweko kwabafileko, “wahlala ngesidleni sakaZimu, kusukela lapho ulinde bekube kulapho izitha zakhe zibekwa njengesinabelo seenyawo zakhe.”—Heb 10:12, 13; IR 110:1; sAm 12:10.
Ukufundwa KweBhayibheli
(IsAmbulo 10:1-11) Ngabona enye ingilozi enamandla yehla ivela ezulwini, iziphuthele ngelifu, izungu lekosi beliphezu kwehlokwayo, ubuso bayo bunjengelanga, nemilenzayo injengeensika zomlilo, 2 esandleni sayo beyiphethe umsongo omncani ovuliweko. Yabeka inyawo layo langesidleni elwandle, kodwana langesinceleni ephasini, 3 Yarhuwelela ngelizwi elikhulu njengalokha nakubhodla ibhubezi. Nayirhuwelelako, amaphimbo wemidumo elikhomba akhuluma. 4 Nje-ke imidumo elikhomba nayikhulumako, bengilungele ukutlola, kodwana ngezwa ilizwi livela ezulwini lithi: “Zivale ngetshwayo izinto ezikhulunywe midumo elikhomba, ungazitloli phasi.” 5 Ingilozi engiyibone ijame elwandle nephasini yaphakamisela isandla sayo sokudla ezulwini, 6 yafunga ngaloyo ophila phakade naphakade, obumbe izulu nezinto ezikilo, iphasi nezinto ezikilo nelwandle nezinto ezikilo, yathi: “Angekhe kusaba nokuriyada. 7 Kodwana lokha ingilozi yekhomba nasele izokubetha ibhorompitayo, ifihlo ecwengileko uZimu ayimemezela njengeendaba ezimnandi eencekwini zakhe abaphorofidi, kwamambala ilethwa ekupheleleni.” 8 Ngezwa ilizwi elivela ezulwini likhuluma nami godu lithi: “Khamba, uthathe umsongo ovuliweko osesandleni sengilozi ejame elwandle nephasini.” 9 Ngaya engilozini, ngayitjela bona inginikele umsongo omncani. Yathi kimi: “Uthathe, uwudle, uzokwenza amathumbakho ababe, kodwana ngemlonyenakho uzokuba mnandi njengeliju.” 10 Ngawuthatha umsongo omncani esandleni sengilozi leyo, ngawudla, emlonyenami bewumnandi njengeliju, kodwana ngemathunjinami bewubaba. 11 Kwathiwa kimi: “Kufuze uphorofide godu malungana nabantu neentjhaba namalimi namakhosi amanengi.”

“Ningasabi Iimbandana Ezithusako”
(IsAmbulo 13:1, 2) Yajama tsi ehlabathini yelwandle. Ngabona isibandana siphuma ngelwandle, sineempondo ezilitjhumi neenhloko ezilikhomba, eempondweni zaso bekuneenhlohlo ezilitjhumi, begodu eenhloko zaso bekunamabizo ahlambalazako. 2 Nje-ke isibandana engasibonako besifana nengwe, kodwana iinyawo zaso bezifana nezebhere, umlomaso bewufana nomlomo webhubezi. Idragoni yanikela isibandana amandlayo nesihlalo sayo sobukhosi nelawulo elikhulu.
UJehova ‘Ungumambuli Weemfihlakalo’
Ngekupheleni kwekhulu lokuthoma C.E., uJesu ovusiweko wanikela umpostoli uJwanisi umlandelande weembono erarako. Izulu Elitjha Nephasi Elitjha
Eminyakeni emakhulu ngaphambi kwemihla kaJwanisi, uJehova wathi ku-Isaya: “Qala, ngenza koke kube kutjha!” Wathi godu: “Kutlole lokhu ngombana amezwi la athembekile begodu aliqiniso.” (Isaya 65:17; 66:22) Isiphorofidwesi sazaliseka kokuthoma amaJuda athembekileko nakabuyela eJerusalema ngo-537 B.C.E. ngemva kobana bathunjwe eBhabhiloni iminyaka ema-70. “[UZimu] uzokusula zoke iinyembezi emehlwenabo.” (IsAmbulo 21:4) Uzokusula umhlobo onjani weenyembezi? Akusi ziinyembezi zethabo namkha ezivikela amehlwethu. Isithembiso sakaZimu sikhuluma ngeenyembezi ezibangelwe buhlungu nesizi. Angekhe azisule isikhatjhana; kodwana uzozisula ngokupheleleko ngokuthi asuse ubuhlungu nesizi.
“Ukufa angekhe kusaba khona.” (IsAmbulo 21:4) Khuyini ebangele ukulila ngaphandle kokufa? UJehova uzokutjhaphulula abantu abalalelako ekufeni. Njani? Ngokuthi asuse unobangela wokufa: okusisono esasifumana ku-Adamu. (Roma 5:12) UJehova uzokwenza abantu abalalelako ukuthi baphelele ngesisekelo somhlatjelo kaJesu. Bese ukufa, okusisitha sokugcina, ‘sizokubhujiswa.’ (1 Korinte 15:26) Abantu abathembekileko bazokuphila ngendlela uZimu ebekahlose bona baphile ngayo—baphile unomphela begodu bangasaguli.
“Namkha ubuhlungu angekhe kusaba khona.” (IsAmbulo 21:4) Buhlungu obunjani obungekhe busaba khona? Mihlobo yoke yobuhlungu, obusengqondweni, obungokwamazizo, nobusemzimbeni obabangelwa sisono begodu obuhlunguphaze iingidigidi zabantu buzokupheliswa.

UJehova, NguZimu Weqiniso
Kufuze sikuthathele phezulu lokho uJehova asitjela khona eliZwini lakhe. Ungilokho athi ungikho, begodu uzokwenza athi uzokwenza. Sinebanga elizwakalako lokuthi simthembe. Siyakholwa uJehova nakathi ‘uzozibuyiselela kilabo abangamaziko uZimu nalabo abangazilaleli iindaba ezimnandi ezimalungana neKosethu uJesu.’ (2 Thesalonika 1:8) Siyalikholelwa nelizwi lakhe nalithi uthanda labo abenza okulungileko, nakathi uzobapha ukuphila okungapheliko labo abakholelwa kuye, begodu nakathi ukuzokuqeda ubuhlungu, ukulila, nokufa. Amezwi la avela kwaphela encwadini yesAmbulo begodu angokomfanekiso. IBhayibheli nalihlathululo umfanekiso lo lithi: “Lokhu kutjho ukufa kwesibili, ilitsha lomlilo.”—sAm 20:14; 21:8.
Indaba le engokomfanekiso yelitsha lomlilo ivezwe kuhle encwadini yesAmbulo. Ukufa kuzokuphoselwa ngelitsheni lomlilo. (sAm 19:20; 20:14) Kusebaleni ukuthi ukufa angeze kwatjha. Iye, ngabona imiphefumulo yalabo ababuleweko ngebanga lobufakazi ababunikele ngoJesu nangokukhuluma ngoZimu, nalabo abangakhenge balotjhe isibandana nomfanekiswaso begodu akhenge bafumane itshwayo eempandla nezandleni zabo. Kodwana kwehla umlilo uvela ezulwini wazitjhabalalisa. 10 UDeveli obekazidurhisa waphoselwa ngelitsheni lomlilo nesibabuli, lapho besele kunesibandana nomphorofidi wamala; bazokuhlunguphazwa imini nobusuku bekube phakade naphakade. 11 Ngabona isihlalo sobukhosi esimhlophe esikhulu naloyo ohlezi kiso. Iphasi nezulu zabaleka phambi kwakhe, begodu akhenge zisafunyanelwa indawo. 12 Ngabona abafileko, abakhulu nabancani, bajame phambi kwesihlalo sobukhosi, kwavulwa nemisongo. Kodwana kwavulwa nomunye umsongo; umsongo wokuphila. Abafileko bahlulelwa ngokwezinto ezitlolwe emisongweni ngokuya ngokwezenzo zabo. 13 Ilwandle lakhupha abafileko abakilo, nokufa neThuna kwakhupha abafileko abakikho, ngamunye wabo wahlulelwa ngokwezenzo zakhe. 14 Ukufa neThuna kwaphoselwa elitsheni lomlilo. Lokhu kutjho ukufa kwesibili, ilitsha lomlilo. 15 Ukungezelela kilokho, nanyana ngubani ongakhenge afunyanwe atlolwe encwadini yokuphila waphoselwa elitsheni lomlilo.
