25 In the ninth year of Zed·e·kiʹah’s reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, King Neb·u·chad·nezʹzar+ of Babylon came with all his army against Jerusalem.+ He camped against it and built a siege wall all around it,+

4 “For this is what Jehovah the God of Israel says concerning the houses of this city and the houses of the kings of Judah that are pulled down because of the siege ramparts and the sword,+

4 “And you, son of man, take a brick and put it in front of you. Engrave on it a city—Jerusalem. 2 Lay siege to it,+ build a siege wall against it,+ raise up a siege rampart against it,+ set up camps against it, and surround it with battering rams.+
