So Wudidi Yiye Wɔ Honhom Fam?

“Aduan pa ne nnipa ahiade a ɛsen biara. . . . Sɛ yɛannya aduan a ɛfata a, yebewu.”—Food and Nutrition.

SAA nokwasɛm titiriw yi da adi pefee wɔ mmarima, mmea, ne mmofra a wɔakame wɔn “nnipa ahiade a ɛsen biara” yi a ɔkɔm ama wɔafonfɔn no ho. Aduan a Ɛma Yenyin Wɔ Honhom Fam

Food and Nutrition, nkyerɛkyerɛ nhoma bi a ɛka hia a ehia sɛ yedi aduan pa no ma yɛn nneɛma abiɛsa nti a ɛsɛ sɛ yedidi yiye. Aduan a Ɛma Honhom Fam Ahoɔden

Aduan ho hia nso na ama “yɛanya ɔhyew ne ahoɔden.” Aduan ma yɛn nipadua nya ɔhyew na ayɛ adwuma yiye. Sɛ yɛannidi yiye a, yɛrennya ahoɔden pii. Aduannuru a wɔfrɛ no iron a enni yɛn aduan mu betumi ama yɛabrɛ na yɛayɛ anihaw. So saa na ɛtɔ mmere bi a wote nka wɔ honhom fam dwumadi ho? So ɛyɛ den ma wo sɛ wobɛyɛ nnwuma a ɛka Kristoni a obi bɛyɛ no ho? Ebinom a wɔkyerɛ sɛ wɔyɛ Yesu Kristo akyidifo brɛ wɔ papayɛ mu, na wonni Kristofo nnwuma ho ahoɔden. Aduan a Ɛma Honhom Fam Akwahosan

Food and Nutrition ka sɛ ade a ɛto so abiɛsa a enti yehia aduan ne sɛ “ɛbɛhwɛ nipadua no akwahosan so . . . na asiw nyarewa ano.” Yenhu akwahosan ho mfaso horow a yenya fi aduan mu no ntɛm. Honhom fam aduan pa ma yenya ahoɔden ko tia honhom fam mmerɛwyɛ ne nea honhom fam yare a ɛte saa de ba no. Nimdeɛ a efi Onyankopɔn hɔ no boa yɛn ma yenya honhom fam gyinabea pa—sɛ yedi a! Yesu Kristo kaa sɛnea ne bere sofo dodow no ara ansua biribi amfi anibiannaso a wɔn agyanom yɛe wɔ honhom fam adidi ho mu no ho asɛm. Wɔn nso anni nokware ahorow a na ɔrekyerɛkyerɛ no. Dɛn na efii mu bae? Yesu kae sɛ: “Ɔman yi koma apirim, na wɔn aso ayɛ den, na wɔamuamua wɔn ani na wɔamfa wɔn ani anhu, na wɔamfa wɔn aso ante, na wɔamfa wɔn koma ante ase, na wɔannan wɔn ho, na mansa wɔn yare.” (Mateo 13:15) Wɔn mu dodow no ara annya Onyankopɔn Asɛm no mu ayaresa tumi no so mfaso. Wɔkɔɔ so yaree honhom fam. Kristofo a wɔasra wɔn no mu bi mpo bɛyɛɛ “mmerɛwfo ne ayarefo.” (1 Korintofo 11:30) Ɛmmra sɛ yɛremmu honhom fam aduan a Onyankopɔn de rema no animtiaa da.—Dwom 107:20.

Honhom Fam Fĩ

Nkyerɛkyerɛ a ɛda adi sɛ adaemone nsusuwii a ɛyɛ hu wom a yebegye no betumi adi yɛn awu sɛnea honam fam aduan a ɔyare mmoawa anaa awuduru wom a yebedi bɛyɛ yɛn no ara pɛ. (Kolosefo 2:8) Ɛnyɛ mmerɛw sɛ wubehu aduan a awuduru wom bere nyinaa. Nhoma bi ka sɛ: “Ɛtɔ mmere bi a aduan bi bɛyɛ te sɛ nea ɛyɛ papa, nanso na ɔyare mmoawa wom.” Enti mfaso wɔ so sɛ yɛbɛyɛ baabi a yɛn sɛnkyerɛnne kwan so aduan fi no mu nhwehwɛmu, a yenim sɛ nhoma bi te sɛ nea awaefo akyerɛw yɛ nea nkyerɛkyerɛ ne nyansapɛ ahorow a ennyina Kyerɛwnsɛm so wom. Aguadeyɛfo bi a wɔyɛ nnuan mpo de atoro agyiraehyɛde di dwuma de daadaa nkurɔfo a wɔtɔ wɔn nnuan a wɔyɛ no. Akyinnye biara nni ho sɛ yebetumi ahwɛ kwan sɛ Satan, ɔdaadaafo kɛse no, bɛyɛ saa ara. Enti, hwɛ hu sɛ wubenya sɛnkyerɛnne kwan so aduan a ɛte saa no afi baabi a ɛfata, na ama wo ho ‘ayɛ wo den gyidi mu.’—Tito 1:9, 13.

Honhom Fam Aduan Pii

Ɛda adi sɛ honhom fam aduan pa ho nyɛ nã. Sɛnea Yesu Kristo hyɛɛ ho nkɔm no, ɔwɔ akoa nokwafo ne ɔbadwemma kuw bi a seesei wɔrema obiara a ɔpɛ “aduan ɛbere a ɛsɛ mu” denneennen. (Mateo 24:45) Yehowa nam odiyifo Yesaia so hyɛɛ bɔ sɛ: “Hwɛ, me nkoa bedidi, na mo de, mubedi kɔm; . . . hwɛ, me nkoa de koma pa bɛto ahurusi dwom.” Nokwarem no, ɔhyɛ bɔ sɛ ɔbɛtow wɔn a wɔwɔ ɔpɛ sɛ wobedidi nyinaa pon. “Asafo Awurade [Yehowa, NW] bɛtow aman nyinaa pon . . . sradeduan, nsã a akyɛ, srade ne hon, nsã a wɔasɔn so.”—Yesaia 25:6; 65:13, 14.

Nanso, susuw eyi ho: Ɔkɔm betumi akum yɛn wɔ apontow ase! Bere a aduan atwa yɛn ho ahyia no, sɛ yɛankanyan yɛn ho anni bi a, yebetumi ayɛ nkurɔfo a wɔredi kɔm a anibere wom ankasa. Mmebusɛm 26:15 ka yɛn nokwasɛm yi sɛ: “Ɔkwaadwofo de ne nsa bɔ asanka mu, ɛhaw n’ani sɛ ɔde bɛhyɛ n’anom.” Awerɛhosɛm bɛn ni! Yɛn nso yebetumi ayɛ akwadworɔ saa ara ma yɛnyere yɛn ho sɛ yɛbɛyɛ kokoam adesua wɔ Onyankopɔn Asɛm ne Bible ho nhoma ahorow a wɔyɛe sɛ ɛmmoa yɛn ma yenni honhom fam aduan no mu. Anaasɛ yɛbɛbrɛ araa ma yɛrensiesie yɛn ho mma Kristofo asafo nhyiam ahorow anaasɛ yɛrennya mu kyɛfa.

Adidi Ho Su Pa Ahorow

Ɛnde, yɛwɔ nea enti a ɛsɛ sɛ yenya honhom fam adidi ho su pa ahorow. Nanso, nokwasɛm no ne sɛ, nnipa pii nni wɔn honhom fam aduan no yiye, na ebinom mpo kyen wɔn ho kɔm koraa. Wobetumi ayɛ sɛ nnipa bi a wonhu hia a aduan pa ho hia kosi sɛ wobehu ho amane bere a wɔanyinyin no. Healthy Eating ka nea enti a ebia yɛyɛ anibiannaso wɔ yɛn adidi ho, ɛwom sɛ yenim sɛ aduan pa a yebedi ho hia ma yɛn nkwa de: “Ɔhaw no ne sɛ akwahosan a ɛsɛe no [nea efi adidi basaa mu ba no] nna adi ntɛm, ɛnna adi ntɛm te sɛ nea efi anibiannaso a wɔyɛ de twa ɔkwan mu ba no. Mmom no, obi akwahosan betumi asɛe asie nkakrankakra, obetumi ayare ntɛmntɛm, ne nnompe betumi ayɛ nea ebubu penpen, ne ho akuru ne nyarewa ahorow bɛyɛ nea ne sa yɛ den.”

Wɔ nsɛm a emu yɛ den mu no, obi betumi abɛyɛ sɛ ababaa bi a n’anom atow. Ɔdaadaa ne ho sɛ onnidi pii, ɔte apɔw yiye, ɛmfa ho sɛ ɔrefɔn. Awiei koraa no, n’anom to koraa a ontumi nnidi. Aduruyɛ ho nhoma bi ka sɛ: “Ɛyɛ tebea a ɛyɛ hu.” Dɛn ntia? “Ɛwom sɛ ɔkɔm ntaa nkum obi a ɔba saa tebea no mu de, nanso ɔbɛyɛ obi a aduannuru nni ne mu koraa, na nyarewa nketenkete tumi no.”

Kristoni bea bi gye toom sɛ: “Mfe pii na mede abɔ mmɔden ahu hia a ɛho hia sɛ misiesie me ho ma asafo nhyiam daa, na meyɛ kokoam adesua, nanso mintumi nyɛe.” Bere bi akyi no, ɔyɛɛ nsakrae ma enti ɔbɛyɛɛ Onyankopɔn Asɛm ho suani pa, nanso obehuu sɛnea ne tebea no gye ntɛmpɛ koraa ansa na ɔretumi ayɛ saa.

Ɛnde, ma ɔsomafo Petro afotu a ɔde mae no nna wo koma so. Monyɛ sɛ “nkokoaa a wɔawo wɔn mprempren,” na “mompɛ asɛm no nufusu kronkron . . . na moanyin wɔ mu akɔ nkwagye mu.” (1 Petro 2:2) Yiw, ‘pɛ asɛm no nufusu’—nya akɔnnɔ a emu yɛ den—fa Onyankopɔn ho nimdeɛ hyɛ w’adwene ne wo koma mu.
