Make the Main Point Clear

WETIN YOU NEED TO DO: Help your audience to follow wetin you de talk. Show them how each main point connect with the lesson and topic of your discussion. Make-am clear to them.

HOW TO DO-AM:

  • Make wetin you want make people learn dey your mind. Check whether your talk na to give information, to prove, or to move your audience to do something. Prepare the talk like that. Make sure say all the main points help you to do this one.

    How to apply the main point

    Ask yourself say: Wetin my audience de think about this topic and which questions them fit ask? Which way they fit ask this questions about this topic? Then, arrange your points well so that your audience go fit de follow your talk, understand-am and agree with wetin you de talk.

  • Make the theme of your talk clear. Throughout your talk, make the theme of your talk clear. You fit do this one when you de repeat some main words for the topic or use some other words wey them mean the same thing.

  • Make your main points clear and simple. Choose only the main points wey they go support your theme and wey you go fit discuss for the time wey you get. No discuss plenty main points. Make each main point clear. When you want start another main point, no rush, stop small. This one go help you start the new main point well.

    How to apply the main point

    You fit mention your main points for the beginning of your talk. E go help your audience to follow wetin you de talk. Or you fit repeat them when you de end your talk. E go help them remember wetin they don learn.
