Iz Good Fo Pray To Saints?

Da Bible’s Ansa

No. Da Bible show dat we should ony pray to God, in Jesus’ name. Jesus wen tell his guys: “So, pray lidis, ‘God, you oua Faddah. You stay inside da sky. We like all da peopo know fo shua how good an spesho you stay, an show you plenny respeck.’” (Matthew 6:9) He neva tell his guys fo pray to saints, angels, o anybody else odda den God.

Jesus wen tell his guys at John 14:6: “No mo anodda guy can bring peopo to da Faddah, ony me. I bring peopo to um, jalike I da road.” God wen ony give Jesus da right fo talk fo us.—Fo Da Hebrew Peopo 7:25.

Wat if I pray to both? To God an to saints?

Inside da Ten Main Rules, God wen tell: “I yoa God, az me, Da One In Charge!...I one jealous God!” (Outa Egypt 20:5) So how God “jealous”? Da sidenote in da New American Bible tell dat he iz “demanding exclusive allegiance.” Dat mean wen come to worship—includin praya—God tell dat gotta be ony to him.—Isaiah 48:11.

If we pray to anybody else, to da saints o even da angels, God come real huhu. Wen one of Jesus’ guys, John, tried fo worship one angel, da angel wen shut um down an wen tell um: “No do dat! I ony one worka fo God…Show love an respeck fo God!”—Wat Jesus Show John 19:10.
