How Come We Need Da Ransom

(Rome 6:23, NWT) We stay in da same situation an need somebody fo free us up.

3. Wat ways da ransom can free us up?

³ Good ting Paul neva ony talk about da junk situation he wuz in. But he wen give us hope too. Afta he wen ask who goin free him up, he wen ansa dat an say “Mahalo plenny! Cuz Jesus Christ, Da One In Charge, he free me up!” (Rome 7:25) Paul wuz talkin about Jesus ransom.a Cuz of da ransom Jehovah can (1) fogive oua sins, (2) heal us from da sin we stay stuck in, (3) an make um so dat we can come good frenz wit him. Wen we go ova dese tings, oua love fo Jehovah who give us hope, goin come moa strong. CUZ OF DA RANSOM JEHOVAH CAN FOGIVE OUA SINS

Like cuz of da ransom, all da bad stuff dat you wen do in da pas dat you wuz sorry fo, you no need beat yoaself up about um awready. Wat if you get hahd time believe dat? Maybe you wen tell yoaself, ‘I know dat Jehovah can fogive, but I no can fogive myself.’ If you feel lidat, rememba Jehovah da one who fogives, an he wen give da kuleana to Jesus fo judge. Jehovah neva give you or anybody else da right fo decide who He goin fogive. Da Bible tell: “But if we do good kine stuff, dass jalike us stay inside da light, jalike God stay inside da light . . . No matta how hahd we try fo fix oua problems, we no can. Da Bible say dat we always goin have dose problems cuz of wat Adam an Eve wen do. (Rome 8:20) Dis iz tru fo erybody. Like how peopo try fo malama da aina, crack down on crime, give to da pooa, an stop war. Even if it helps litto bit, dey no can fix all dese problems. So how da ransom can save us?

12. Wat hope da ransom give us?

¹² Cuz of da ransom, we get da hope fo get “free up” from sin. (Rome 8:21) Wen we perfeck in paradise, we not goin suffa from physical, mental or emotional kine stuff. An we no gotta feel guilty, shame, or worry anymoa. An on top of dat, Jesus, who wen pay da ransom fo us guys, goin be ruling. 13. Wat else you can do befoa you go da Memorial dis yea?

¹³ Tink about wat life goin be like wen you not imperfeck anymoa. You goin wake up ery morning feeling good an you not goin be sked dat you or da guys you love goin starve, get sick, or mahke. But even now, you can have peace wen you tink about da solid hope dat we get fo da future. (Heb 6:18, 19) Jus like how one anchor can steady one boat, yoa hope can anchor you wen you get hahd times. You can kno fo shua dat Jehovah goin do “someting spesho” fo da guys who trus him. (Heb 11:6) Da peace we get now an da hope we get fo da future iz ony cuz of da ransom.

DA RANSOM HELPS US COME GOOD FRENZ WIT JEHOVAH

14. Afta Adam an Even wen sin, wat happen to oua relationship wit Jehovah?

¹⁴ Eva since Adam an Eve wen sin agains Jehovah, erybody wuz cut off from him. (Rome 8:7, 8; Col 1:21) How come? Cuz Jehovah iz perfeck, he no can be ok wit sin. ¹⁵ Da Bible say dat Jesus iz “da One dat wen mahke fo come da sacrifice fo us.” (1 John 2:2) How Jesus sacrifice make um so dat peopo can be frenz wit Jehovah again? Cuz we sinners, we no can be close to Jehovah on oua own. We need da ransom fo have dat. Da Bible tell dat “God wen make all da odda tings good wit him thru da blood Jesus wen bleed on top da torcha pos.” (Col 1:19, 20, NWT) So dass how come we can be tight wit Jehovah now, even tho we imperfeck.

DA RANSOM SHOW DAT JEHOVAH LOVE US

17. How da ransom show Jehovah love us plenny? (Fo Da Efesus Peopo 2:4, 5)

Jalike how one guy dat stay stuck unda one building dat wen fall down an yelling fo help, humbo peopo see dat dey stuck in sin an dey yelling fo help too. (Jesus Guys 13:48, NWT) Jehovah help dese guys by making shua dey learn da trut so dey can kno Him an his boy Jesus. (John 17:3) If Satan thought dat Adam an Eve’s sin wuz goin throw off God’s plan, he wuz wrong.

18. Wen we tink about da ransom, wat we gotta rememba?

¹⁸ Wen we tink about all da good tings da ransom does fo us, we gotta rememba da main reason why Jehovah wen give da ransom. He wen give um not jus fo save us, but fo prove dat all da bad tings Satan wen tell about Him no wuz tru. (Start 3:1-5, 15) Jehovah also show his love fo us by cutting us loose from sin an death.
