Again and again, the people in Judah forget about Jehovah and worship false gods. For plenty years, Jehovah continue trying to help them. He send plenty prophets to warn them, but they not listen. The first time he conquer Jerusalem, he catch King Jehoiachin, the prince dem, the warriors, and the people who use to do good work, and carry them to Babylon. He also take all the important thing dem that wor in Jehovah temple. Then Nebuchadnezzar made Zedekiah king for Judah.

First, Zedekiah use to obey Nebuchadnezzar. But the nations that wor near them and the false prophet dem advise Zedekiah to go against Babylon. Jeremiah warn him and say: ‘If you go against Babylon, people will die, food business will be hard, and sickness will be in Judah.’

After Zedekiah rule for eight years, he decide to go against Babylon. He ask the Egyptian army to help him. Then Nebuchadnezzar send his army to attack Jerusalem. They camp around the city. Jeremiah tell Zedekiah say: ‘Jehovah say that if you give yourself to Babylon, you will be save and nothing will happen to the city. But if you not do it, the Babylonians will burn Jerusalem and carry you and put you in jail.’ But Zedekiah say: ‘I will not give myself!’

One and a half year later, the Babylonian break Jerusalem fence and burn the city. They burn the temple, kill plenty people, and carry plenty people to Babylon.

Zedekiah run away from Jerusalem. But the Babylonians run behind him. They catch him near Jericho and carry him to Nebuchadnezzar. Nebuchadnezzar kill Zedekiah sons right in front of him. Then Nebuchadnezzar burst Zedekiah eye ball and put him in jail. And he leave there until he die. But Jehovah promise the people in Judah and say: ‘After 70 years, I will carry yor back to yor home Jerusalem.’

Wetin will happen to the young people dem who they carry to Babylon? You think they will remain loyal to Jehovah?
