Iteraniro ry’Umurimo Riduha Ibidukwiriye Byose Kugira ngo Dukore Imirimo Myiza Yose
1 Intego y’Iteraniro ry’Umurimo, ni iyo gutuma dushishikara no kuduha ibidukwiriye byose kugira ngo turusheho kwifatanya mu buryo bwuzuye mu murimo wo kubwiriza no guhindura abantu abigishwa (2 Tim 3:17). Icyakora, turamutse tudateguye neza iryo teraniro cyangwa ngo dushyire mu bikorwa ibyo twize, umumaro ryatugirira waba udahagije.
2 Gutegura mbere y’igihe bizagufasha kurushaho kwicengezamo inyigisho mu buryo bwuzuye. 3 Umugenzuzi uhagarariye itorero, asuzuma yitonze ibice bigize iteraniro byashyizwe kuri porogaramu. 4 Ubusanzwe, iryo teraniro ritangizwa n’amatangazo. Umuvandimwe washinzwe gutanga amatangazo agomba kubonana mbere y’igihe n’umugenzuzi uhagarariye itorero, kugira ngo amenye ibintu bigomba gutangazwa. Muri ibyo bintu, hashobora kuba harimo inzandiko za Sosayiti cyangwa ibyibutswa bihereranye na gahunda y’umurimo, cyangwa se raporo zitangwa buri kwezi. Dushobora kumenyeshwa abarwayi baba bakeneye gusurwa, cyangwa gusobanurirwa kurushaho ibihereranye n’imirimo inyuranye y’itorero iteganyijwe mu gihe kiri imbere. Rushaho kubihugukira kugira ngo ubimenye kandi ube witeguye gusohoza uruhare rwawe.
5 Niba igice cy’iteraniro gisaba abagiteze amatwi kwifatanya, gitegure usoma iyo ngingo n’imirongo y’Ibyanditswe. Tekereza ku bihereranye n’ukuntu uteganya gushyira mu bikorwa izo nama, no ku bitekerezo ushobora gutanga kugira ngo utere abandi inkunga. Ushobora gutanga urugero rw’akamaro k’iyo nyigisho uvuga mu magambo ahinnye inkuru runaka y’ibyabaye.
6 Mu gihe hari icyerekanwa kiri butangwe, gerageza kwishyira mu mimerere imeze nk’iyo, kandi utekereze ibyo wavuga. Reba ibihamya byakoreshejwe hamwe n’uburyo bwo gutanga ibitekerezo. Gerageza kwiyibutsa ibyo wavuze igihe uherutse kuba uri muri bene iyo mimerere, kandi urebe ukuntu ibitekerezo byagaragajwe bishobora kugufasha mu kugira ingaruka nziza cyane mu gihe kizaza.
7 Abari butange ibyerekanwa no kubazwa ibibazo, bagomba kubitegura neza mbere y’igihe. Buri muntu agomba kuba azi ibyo agiye kuvuga n’ibyo yumva agomba gukora kuri platifomu. Ibyerekanwa bitasubiwemo ntibikunze gushishikaza cyangwa gutera inkunga ababiteze amatwi. Bamwe baza biteguye gusubiramo ibyerekanwa byabo nyuma y’Icyigisho cy’Umunara w’Umurinzi, kugira ngo bashobore kwitoreza kuri platifomu no kugira ngo bashobore gutuma abavandimwe bashinzwe mikoro bamenya ibizakenerwa.
8 Rimwe na rimwe, porogaramu izajya ibamo disikuru ihereranye n’ibintu byihariye bikenewe n’itorero, cyangwa ingingo y’Umunara w’Umurinzi ihuje n’icyo gihe. Hugukira gutega amatwi, icengezemo iyo nama, kandi ugerageze kuyishyira mu bikorwa.
9 Dushaka ‘gutunganirizwa imirimo myiza yose’ (2 Tim 2:21). Iteraniro ry’Umurimo, ni bumwe mu buryo Yehova akoresha kugira ngo adufashe kubigeraho.
