Noko ke, ithini iBhayibhile ngokuba buhlungu? Ngaba kuphosakele ukubonakalisa intlungu xa umntu omthandayo esifa?
Baba Buhlungu
U-Abraham waziwa kakuhle ngokholo lwakhe. Xa wabekwa eluvavanyweni, uAbraham “wamnikela [unyana wakhe] uIsake.” (Hebhere 11:17; Genesis 22:9-13) Kuyabonakala ukuba, akuzange kubekho mntu uvuswa ekufeni ngaphambi kwexesha lakhe, kodwa uAbraham wayenokholo lokuba, ukuba kwakuyimfuneko, “uThixo unako ukuvusa [unyana wakhe] nakwabafileyo.” (Hebhere 11:19) Malunga neminyaka eli-12 emva kokuba ukholo luka-Abraham lwavavanywayo, umfazi wakhe uSara, wafa. Ngokuphathelele ukufa kukaLazaro, umhlobo osenyongweni kaYesu, sifunda oku: “UMariya . . . , akufika apho uYesu ebekhona, akumbona, wawa ezinyaweni zakhe, esithi kuye, Nkosi, ukuba ubulapha, ange engafanga umnakwethu. Uthe ngoko uYesu, akumbona elila, namaYuda abeze naye elila, wafutheka, wakhathazeka. Wathi, Nimbeke phi na? Bathi kuye, Nkosi, yiza ubone. UYesu walila.”—Yohane 11:32-35.
Kufudumez’ intliziyo ngokwenene ukuphawula ukuba uNyana kaThixo ofezekileyo wayengenazintloni ngokubonakalisa intlungu yakhe ngokuphandle. Ngokolwimi lwantlandlolo igama eliguqulelwe ngokuthi “walila” (da·kryʹo) lithetha “ukulila ngokuzolileyo.” Okubangel’ umdla ngokwenene kukuba ngaphambili uYesu wayevuse abantu ababini ekufeni—unyana womhlolokazi waseNayin kunye nentombi kaYayiro—ibe wayezimisele ngokupheleleyo ukumvusa uLazaro. (Luka 7:11-15; 8:41, 42, 49-55; thelekisa uYohane 11:11.) UYesu ‘ungumbhalo wenkqu yakhe [uYehova].’ (Hebhere 1:3) Ngoko ke uvelwano nentlungu enzulu uYesu awayekuyo ngokuphulukana namthandayo ngenxa yokufa kusizobela umfanekiso ochukumisayo kaBawo wethu wasezulwini, uYehova. Iimvakalelo zakhe zisichazela ngoThixo ontliziyo ikhathazeka ngokunzulu xa abakhonzi bakhe besentlungwini.—Thelekisa INdumiso 56:8.
Ngoko ke, ngokucacileyo, akunto iphosakeleyo ukuba buhlungu xa ubani omthandayo esifa. UAbraham wakumbambazelela ukufa kukaSara. UYesu wayibonakalisa ngokuphandle intlungu yakhe ngenxa yokufa kukaLazaro. UYehova uThixo uyayiqonda intlungu yethu kuba ‘yena usikhathalele.’—1 Petros 5:7.
Noko ke, kuthekani ngethemba lamaKristu? Ngaba lenza umahluko?
‘Ningabi Buhlungu Njengabanye Abo’
Xa abathile kwibandla lamaKristu lenkulungwane yokuqala eTesalonika babebuhlungu ngenxa yokuphulukana namakholwa awayekhonza nabo, umpostile uPawulos wazama ukubathuthuzela. Wabhala: “Ke kaloku andithandi ukuba ningazi, bazalwana, mayela nabalele ukufa, ukuze ningabi buhlungu njengabanye abangenathemba bona.” (1 Tesalonika 4:13) Ewe, abo banentembelo kwidinga likaThixo lokuvusa abafileyo bakwimeko elunge ngakumbi kunabo bangenalo ithemba lovuko.b Ngayiphi indlela?
Xa bejamelene nokufa, abo bangenathemba lovuko bashiyeka betshonelwe lilanga emini. Nokuba bazibanga bekholelwa kuhlobo oluthile lobomi basemva kokufa, bambalwa abafumana intuthuzelo yokoqobo koku. Ngabanye abaninzi, intlungu yabo ayibangelwa nje kuphela sisibakala sokuba behlukaniswe kukufa nababathandayo kodwa sisibakala sokuba kubo oko kwahlukana kokukanaphakade. Bengaluqondi ngokucacileyo uvuko, amathemba abo bawangcwaba xa bengcwaba abathandekayo babo; ngokuvisisana noko bakukholelwayo, abanakuze baphinde bababone.—Thelekisa eyoku-1 kwabaseKorinte 15:12-19, 32.
Noko ke, oku kwahlukile ngamaKristu okwenyaniso. UPawulos wacacisa ukuba, ukufa kufana nokulala—kungekuphela nje kuba kuyimeko yokungabikho zingqondweni efanekisela ubuthongo obunzulu kodwa kwakhona kuba kunokwenzeka ukuba ubani avuswe kuko ngovuko. (INdumiso 13:3; INtshumayeli 9:5, 10) Elo themba lisekelwe eBhayibhileni lenza umahluko.
Xa ephulukana namthandayo ngenxa yokufa, umKristu uba buhlungu ngendlela abangakholwayo ababa buhlungu ngayo ngenxa yokulahlekelwa bubudlelane, ukuphulukana nokubona ubuso obuqhelekileyo, ukungabikho kwelizwi elithandekayo. Ithemba lovuko aliyenzi intliziyo ingavakalelwa. Noko ke, liyamqinisa ubani okanye likulungelelanise ukubonakaliswa kwentlungu. Ewe, elo themba aliyiphelisi imfuneko yokubonakalisa intlungu, kodwa linokwenza kube lula ngakumbi ukujamelana nentlungu.
