Ngoobani Ngenene Abazibalekayo Iimeko Zobomi?

Kodwa ngaba abo banikela ubomi babo kusukelo lwezilangazelelo zokomoya ngenene babaleka iimeko zobomi? Ngokutsho kukaYesu Kristu akunjalo. Akazange akujonge ukukholelwa kuThixo kuyimbono elahlekisayo, into nje evelisiweyo, okanye ibali eliyintelekelelo. KuYohane 7:28 wathi: “Andizanga ngokwam; uyinyaniso owandithumayo.”
Phofu ke, kwimeko kaYesu, ukukholelwa kuThixo akuzange kumchaphazele ngendlela engenamandla. Washukunyiselwa ukunikela ubomi bakhe kuThixo, esithi: “Yabona, ndiyeza, . . . ndiza kwenza ukuthanda kwakho, Thixo.” (Hebhere 10:7) AmaKristu okwenyaniso akachaphazeleki ngokungaphantsi kunoko namhlanje. UPawulos wathi: “Abazizityebi kweli phakade langoku bathethele bangakratshi, bangathembeli butyebini bungagqalekiyo; mabathembele kuThixo ophilileyo, obeka phambi kwethu izinto zonke ngokobutyebi, ukuba zidliwe; benze okulungileyo, babe zizityebi zemisebenzi emihle, babe nokwaba kakuhle, babe nobudlelane; baziqwebele isiseko esihle, base exesheni eliza kuza, ukuze babubambe ubomi obungunaphakade.”—1 Timoti 6:17-19.
Ngoko ke ubuKristu asikokubaleka iimeko zobomi. Bubandakanya ukujongana nembopheleleko ngendlela yobudoda. UThixo esimnqulayo akanto ingeyiyo eyokwenene; ungowokwenene. Uhlobo lwenkonzo esiyenzayo yenentsingiselo yaye iyanelisa. Ithemba lethu lomvuzo ongaphambili, kunokuba libe yingqikelelo engenasiseko, linamadinga asisiseko esiqinisekileyo kaThixo ongenako ukuxoka.—Hebhere 6:18.
Noko ke, kuthekani ngabo bakhanyela imfuneko yokukhonza uThixo nabakhela ubomi babo kwizinto eziphathekayo okanye kuhlobo oluthile lomsebenzi wokuzingca? Bekungebi kanti eneneni ngabo aba bazibalekayo iimeko zobomi?
Indoda esisilumko uSolomon yasebenzisa amabinzana anjengala athi “amampunge” nelithi “nokusukelana nomoya” ukuchaza ubomi apho zithi izinto eziphathekayo neziyolo zenyama zibe yeyona nto iphambili. Uchaza umphumo, esithi: “Andiwabandezanga into yonke ayibizayo amehlo am; andiyivimbanga intliziyo yam namnye umvuyo; ngokuba intliziyo yam yayivuya emigudwini yam yonke, saba sesi ke isabelo sam emigudwini yam yonke. Ndabheka mna ezenzweni zam zonke, ezazenzayo izandla zam, nasemigudwini yam endaphuka yiyo ukuyenza; ndayibona ukuba yonke loo nto ingamampunge nokusukelana nomoya; akukho lungelo phantsi kwelanga.”—INtshumayeli 2:10, 11.

Eneneni, igama lesiHebhere elithetha “amampunge” lidlulisela intsingiselo yokoqobo “yomoya” yaye ngoko ke libhekisela koko kuyinto engazinzanga nengesosigxina. Ngoko ke, ngaba umntu ophila uhlobo lobomi uSolomon awaluchaza ‘lungamampunge’ ukwisigxina sokutyhola umKristu ngokuthi ubalekela kwimeko yolwaneliseko lwenkohliso? Kungangenkankulu. Enyanisweni, umpostile uPawulos ngokubhekele phaya ubonisa ukuba “ukumila kweli hlabathi kuyadlula.” (1 Korinte 7:31) Apha ufanisa ihlabathi elingazani naThixo likwimo ekumila kwayo kuguquguqukayo. Phofu ke, amaKristu anjengoAbraham ‘owayewulindele umzi lo uneziseko, ungcibi, umbangi wawo, inguThixo.’ (Hebhere 11:10) Ngenxa yokuba ukholo lwawo luqinisekile, akanasizathu sokuzibaleka iimeko zobomi kodwa azalisa ubomi bawo ngomsebenzi owanelisayo. Kuthekani ngobakho ubomi? Ngaba bobokubaleka nje iimeko zobomi, okanye ngaba bakhelwe ngokuqinileyo kwinto eyinene?
