Ukuhamba Ngomendo KaYehova Kunomvuzo Omkhulu

NGABA wakha wabethwa ngumoya uhamba ezintabeni? Ukuba kunjalo, kusenokuba wavakalelwa ngokungathi usencochoyini yehlabathi. Hayi indlela ekwakumyoli ngayo ukuphefumla umoya opholileyo, ukubona mgama nokuqwalasela ubuhle bendalo! Mhlawumbi iingxaki zemihla ngemihla zabonakala zingenamsebenzi.

Kuyinto enqabileyo kwinkoliso yabantu ukufumana amathuba anjalo, kodwa ukuba ungumKristu ozahluleleyo, usenokuba ubuhamba iintaba eziphakamileyo kangangethuba elithile—ngengqiqo yokomoya. Njengomdumisi wamandulo, ngokungathandabuzekiyo wathandaza usithi: “Ndazise iindlela zakho, Yehova; ndifundise iindlela zakho.” (INdumiso 25:4) Ngaba usakhumbula indlela owawuvakalelwa ngayo xa wawunyuka okokuqala usiya entabeni yendlu kaYehova waza waqalisa ukuhamba kwiindawo eziphakamileyo? (Mika 4:2; Habhakuki 3:19) Ngokungathandabuzekiyo, ngokukhawuleza waqonda ukuba ukuhamba ngalo mendo uphakamileyo wonqulo olunyulu kwakukhusela yaye kukuzisela uvuyo. Waqalisa ukuvakalelwa ngendlela umdumisi awayevakalelwa ngayo: “Banoyolo abantu abayaziyo imikhwazo yovuyo. Bahamba ekukhanyeni kobuso bakho, Yehova.”—INdumiso 89:15.

Noko ke, maxa wambi, abantu abanyuk’ iintaba kuye kufuneke batsale nzima benyuka iminqantsa. Imilenze yabo iqalisa ukuba buhlungu baze badinwe. Nathi sinokujamelana neengxaki kwinkonzo yethu kuThixo. Mvanje, kusenokwenzeka ukuba umendo wethu ubuqoba kancinane. Sinokuwafumana njani kwakhona amandla novuyo? Inyathelo lokuqala kukuqonda ukongama kweendlela zikaYehova.

Imithetho KaYehova Ephakamileyo

Iindlela zikaYehova ‘ziphakamile kuneendlela zabantu,’ yaye unqulo lwakhe luye ‘lwamiselwa ngokuqinileyo encotsheni yeentaba lwaza lwaphakanyiswa ngaphezu kweenduli.’ (Isaya 55:9; Mika 4:1) Ubulumko bakaYehova ‘bubulumko obuvela phezulu.’ (Yakobi 3:17) Imithetho yakhe iphakamile kuyo yonke eminye. Ngokomzekelo, ngexesha laxa amaKanan ayesenza inkohlakalo yokubingelela ngabantwana, uYehova wanika amaSirayeli imithetho eyayiphakamile yokuziphatha neyayibalasele ngemfesane. Wawaxelela: “Uze ungamphathi ngomkhethe osweleyo, yaye ungakhethi ubuso besikhulu. . . . Makabe njengenzalelwane yenu umphambukeli, . . . yaye uze umthande njengawe.”—Levitikus 19:15, 34.

Kwiinkulungwane ezilishumi elinesihlanu kamva, uYesu wanikela imizekelo engakumbi ‘engomthetho omkhulu’ kaYehova. (Isaya 42:21) KwiNtshumayelo yaseNtabeni, waxelela abafundi bakhe esithi: “Qhubekani nizithanda iintshaba zenu, nibathandazele abo banitshutshisayo; ukuze nizingqine ningoonyana boYihlo osemazulwini.” (Mateyu 5:44, 45) Wongezelela esithi: “Zonke izinto, ngoko, enifuna abantu bazenze kuni, yenzani ngokunjalo nani kubo; oku, enyanisweni, koko kuthethwa nguMthetho nabaProfeti.”—Mateyu 7:12.

Le mithetho iphakamileyo inempembelelo ezintliziyweni zabantu abaphulaphulayo, ibashukumisela ukuba baxelise uThixo abamnqulayo. (Efese 5:1; 1 Tesalonika 2:13) Cinga ngenguqulelo eyenzeka kwimeko kaPawulos. Xa siqala ukuva ngaye, siva ukuba “wayekholiswa kukubulawa” kukaStefano yaye wayeqhubana “ngokuneengcwangu nebandla.” Kwiminyaka nje embalwa kamva, wayewathantamisa amaKristu aseTesalonika ‘njengomama oncancisayo ebaphatha ngononophelo abakhe abantwana.’ Imfundiso kaThixo yatshintsha uPawulos ekubeni ngumtshutshisi waza wangumKristu onenyameko. (IZenzo 8:1, 3; 1 Tesalonika 2:7) Ngokuqinisekileyo wayenombulelo kuba ubuntu bakhe babuphenjelelwe yimfundiso kaKristu. (1 Timoti 1:12, 13) Uxabiso olufanayo lunokusinceda njani ukuba sihlale sihamba kumendo kaThixo ophakamileyo?

Ukuhamba Sinoxabiso

Abantu abanyuk’ iintaba baye bayoliswe kukubona iindawo ezinomtsalane kwezo ntaba. Kwakhona bayakuthanda ukubukela izinto ezincinane ezisecaleni kwendlela, njengamatye angaqhelekanga, intyatyambo entle, okanye ukubukela isilwanyana sasendle. Ngokomoya, kufuneka siphaphele imivuzo—emikhulu nemincinane—efumaneka ngokuhamba noThixo. Ukukwazi oko kunokusenza siphinde sinyathelele phezulu kuze kusenze siyeke ukurhuq’ iinyawo kodwa sihambe sinamendu. Siya kuvumelana namazwi kaDavide athi: “Kusasa ndivise ububele bakho bothando, kuba ndikholose ngawe. Ndazise indlela endifanele ndihambe ngayo.”—INdumiso 143:8.

UMary, obehamba emendweni kaYehova kangangeminyaka emininzi, uthi: “Xa ndijonga indalo kaYehova, ndibona kungekhona indlela eyenziwe ngokuntsonkotha ngayo kuphela kodwa nophawu lukaThixo lothando. Enoba sisilwanyana, intaka okanye isinambuzane, nganye kuzo inento ekhetheke ngayo, yaye inomtsalane. Ulonwabo olunjalo luvela kwiinyaniso zokomoya eziye zacaca ekuhambeni kweminyaka.”

Sinokulwenza nzulu njani uxabiso lwethu? Ngokuyinxenye, ngokungakuthabathi lula oko uYehova asenzela kona. UPawulos wabhala: “Thandazani ngokungapheziyo. Ezintweni zonke bulelani.”—1 Tesalonika 5:17, 18; INdumiso 119:62.

Ufundisiso lobuqu lunegalelo kumoya wokuba nombulelo. UPawulos wabongoza amaKristu aseKolose esithi: “Qhubekani nihamba ngokumanyene naye [uKristu Yesu], . . . niphuphuma lukholo ninombulelo.” (Kolose 2:6, 7) Ukufunda iBhayibhile nokucamngca ngoko sikufundileyo komeleza ukholo lwethu yaye kusisondeza kuMbhali weBhayibhile. Kuwo wonke amaphepha ayo kukho ubutyebi obunokusiphembelela ukuba ‘siphuphume ngumbulelo.’

Ukukhonza uYehova sikunye nabazalwana bethu nako kwenza indlela ibe lula ngakumbi. Umdumisi wathi ngaye: “Ndiliqabane labo bonke abo bakoyikayo.” (INdumiso 119:63) Ezinye zezihlandlo zethu ezivuyisayo zezo sizichithela kwiindibano zamaKristu okanye sikunye nabazalwana bethu. Siyaqonda ukuba intsapho yethu exabisekileyo yamaKristu ehlabathini lonke ikho ngenxa kaYehova neendlela zakhe ziphakamile.—INdumiso 144:15b.

Ukongezelela kuxabiso, ukuziva sinembopheleleko kuya kusomeleza ukuze sihlale sisenza inkqubela kumendo kaYehova ophakamileyo.

Ukuhamba Ngobulumko

Abantu abanyuk’ iintaba bahamba belumkile beyiqonda imfuneko yokuhamba ngononophelo ukuba abafuni ukulahleka okanye ukuhambela kufutshane kakhulu namawa ayingozi. Njengabantu abanelungelo lokuzikhethela, uYehova usinika umlinganiselo othile wenkululeko koko sikwenzayo. Kodwa inkululeko enjalo sifuna ukuyisebenzisa ngobulumko njengoko sifeza iimbopheleleko zethu zobuKristu.

Ngokomzekelo, uYehova unentembelo yokuba abakhonzi bakhe baya kuyifeza imbopheleleko yabo ngokuthembeka. Akachazi ukuba sifanele sizibhokoxe ngamandla kangakanani okanye ixesha esifanele silisebenzise kwimisebenzi yamaKristu okanye sifanele sinikele ngemali engakanani okanye ezinye izinto. Kunoko, amazwi kaPawulos aya kwabaseKorinte asebenza kuthi sonke: “Ngamnye makenze kanye njengoko egqibile entliziyweni yakhe.”—2 Korinte 9:7; Hebhere 13:15, 16.

Ukunikela kwamaKristu ngokuthembeka kuquka ukwabelana nabanye ngeendaba ezilungileyo. Kwakhona sibonisa ukuba sinembopheleleko ngokunikela kumsebenzi woBukumkani owenziwa ehlabathini lonke. UGerhardt, ongumdala, uchaza ukuba yena nomfazi wakhe baye bayongeza iminikelo yabo ngokuphawulekayo emva kokuba betyelele kwindibano eMpuma Yurophu. Uthi: “Sabona ukuba abazalwana bethu baswele ngokwezinto eziphathekayo; sekunjalo bazixabisa kakhulu iincwadi zethu zeBhayibhile, ngoko siye sagqiba kwelokuba sibaxhase kangangoko sinako abazalwana bethu abasweleyo kwamanye amazwe.”

Ukukhulisa Unyamezelo Lwethu

Ukuhamba kwiindawo eziphakamileyo kufuna umxhino. Abantu abanyuk’ iintaba benza umthambo nanini na benokwenjenjalo. Ngokufanayo, uPawulos wancomela ukuba sizigcine sixakekile kwimisebenzi yobuthixo ukuze sihlale sisempilweni ngokomoya. Abo banqwenela ‘ukuhamba ngokumfaneleyo uYehova’ baze ‘bomelezwe,’ uPawulos wathi bafanele ‘baqhubeke bevelisa isiqhamo kuwo wonke umsebenzi olungileyo.’—Kolose 1:10, 11.

Abantu abanyuk’ iintaba baba namandla xa bekhuthazwa. Njani? Ukunikel’ ingqalelo kwizinto ezicacileyo, njengentaba ethe qelele, kuyakhuthaza. Yaye xa umntu onyuk’ iintaba efika kwiindawo ezithile aziqondayo, usenokubona inkqubela yakhe kusukelo lwakhe luphela. Njengoko ejonga ngasemva umgama asele ewuhambile, kuthi ngco ngaphakathi.

Ngokukwanjalo, ithemba lethu lobomi obungunaphakade liyasomeleza yaye lusenza sityhalele phambili. (Roma 12:12) Okwangoku, njengoko sihamba kwiindlela zikaYehova, siphumeza okuthile ekumiseleni nasekufikeleleni usukelo lobuKristu. Yaye hayi indlela ekusivuyisa ngayo xa sijonga emva kwiminyaka emininzi yokukhonza ngokuthembeka okanye ukubona iinguqulelo esiye sazenza kubuntu bethu!—INdumiso 16:11.

Ukuze bagubungele umgama omde baze bahlale benamandla, abantu abahambayo bafanele bathi chu bangangxami. Ngokufanayo, umzila omhle oquka ukuya kwiintlanganiso nasentsimini rhoqo uya kusigcina sihamba ngokuzimisela kusukelo lwethu. Ngoko, uPawulos wakhuthaza amanye amaKristu esithi: “Masiqhubeke sihamba ngokulungeleleneyo kulo mzila mnye.”—Filipi 3:16.

Kakade ke, asihambi sodwa kumendo kaYehova. UPawulos ubhala esithi: “Kanjalo masinyamekelane, sivuselelane eluthandweni nasemisebenzini emihle.” (Hebhere 10:24) Unxulumano oluhle lokomoya lwenza kube lula ukugcina isantya njengoko sihamba nabo sikholwa nabo.—IMizekeliso 13:20.

Okokugqibela, nokona kubalulekileyo, singaze siwalibale amandla uYehova asinika wona. Abantu amandla abo akuYehova baya “kuhamba ngamandla.” (INdumiso 84:5, 7) Nangona maxa wambi kuye kufuneke sityhubele iimeko ezinzima, ngoncedo lukaYehova sinokuzeyisa.
