Achinyamata Akufunsa Kuti . . .
Nchifukwa Chiyani Sinditha Kumvetsera?
“Nthawi zina zimangochitika mosayembekezereka. Ndimakhala ndikumvetsera pamsonkhano wampingo, ndiye kenaka, mwadzidzidzi, ndimayamba kulingalira zina. Pakapita mphindi khumi, ndimayambanso kumvetsera.”—Jesse.
“MVETSERA!” Kodi mumamva aphunzitsi anu kapena makolo akukuuzani zimenezo kaŵirikaŵiri? Ngati mumatero, ndiye kuti mwinamwake inu muli ndi vuto lakusamvetsera. Malingaliro ndi Mahomoni

Padakali pano, yesetsani kukhala odziletsa. Mtumwi Paulo analemba kuti: “Ndipumphuntha thupi langa, ndipo ndiliyesa kapolo.” (1 Akorinto 9:27) Pamene muphunzira kuwongolera malingaliro anu, ndipo pamenenso mungathe kuika nzeru pa zimene mukumvetsera.
Mmene Mumagonera

Chakudya ndi Kusumika Maganizo
Vuto lina likhoza kukhala chakudya. Achinyamata amakonda kudya zamafuta ndi zotsekemera. Ofufuza amati ngakhale kuti zakudya zosapatsa thanzi zingakhale zokoma pakudya, zimaoneka kuti zimapangitsa munthu kuti asamaganize kwambiri. Kufufuza kumasonyeza kuti mutu suganiza bwino ngati mwadya zakudya zopatsa mphamvu zotchedwa carbohydrate, monga buledi, dzinthu, mpunga, kapena pasta. Mwina ichi nchifukwa chakuti ma carbohydrate amawonjezera makemikolo otchedwa serotonin mu ubongo ndipo amapangitsa munthu kuwodzera. Choncho ena mwa odziŵa za zakudya amati ngati muchita kanthu kofuna kuti mutu uziganiza kwambiri nkofuna kuti muzidya chakudya chomanga ndi kukulitsa thupi cha maproteni.
Nthaŵi Ino ya TV ndi Makompyuta
