Kudekha
SI CHACHILENDO ngati wokamba nkhani amva mantha ena ake pamene anyamuka kuti akakambe nkhani, makamaka ngati sakamba nkhani kaŵirikaŵiri. Wofalitsa angamve mantha ena ake pamene alalikira makomo angapo kwa nthaŵi yoyamba mu utumiki wa kumunda. Pamene Yeremiya anaikidwa mneneri, anati: “Sindithayi kunena pakuti ndili mwana.” (Yer. 1:5, 6) Yehova anathandiza Yeremiya, inunso akuthandizani. M’kupita kwa nthaŵi, muzilankhula modekha.
Wokamba nkhani modekha amakhala wokhazikika maganizo. Kufatsa kumeneku kumaoneka ndi mmene amaimira. Kaimidwe kake kamakhala kachibadwa ndi koyenerera chochitikacho. Amagwiritsa ntchito manja ake mwatanthauzo. Mawu ake amakhala otsindika ndi ofatsa.
Ngakhale kuti mungaone kuti mukupereŵera pa malongosoledwe a munthu wodekha ameneŵa, mukhoza kuwongolera. Motani? Tiyeni tione chimene chimachititsa wokamba nkhani kuchita mantha ndi kusadekha. Chochititsa chingakhale mmene thupi limagwirira ntchito.
Ngati mwakumana ndi vuto linalake ndipo mukufuna kuti muthane nalo koma mukukayika, nkhaŵa imakugwirani. Zimenezo zikachitika, ubongo umachititsa kachiwalo kena ka m’thupi kutulutsa madzi ena ake otchedwa adrenaline. Madziwo akamatuluka ambiri angachititse mtima kugunda mofulumira kwambiri, kusintha kapumidwe, kuwonjezera thukuta, ngakhalenso kunjenjemeretsa manja ndi mawondo, mawunso angatuluke onjenjemera. Thupi lanu limayesetsa kukuthandizani kuthana ndi vutolo mwa kuwonjezera nyonga yanu. Vuto limakhala pa kugwiritsa ntchito nyongayo kuti ikuthandizeni kulingalira bwino ndi kulankhula modekha.
Mmene Mungachepetsere Nkhaŵa. Kumbukirani kuti kukhala ndi nkhaŵa inayake n’chibadwa. Komabe, kuti mukhale wodekha muyenera kuchepetsa nkhaŵayo ndi kuthana ndi vutolo m’njira yofatsa ndi yodzilemekeza. Kodi mungachite motani zimenezo?
Konzekerani bwino. Patulani nthaŵi yokonzekera nkhani yanu. Onetsetsani kuti nkhaniyo mukuimvetsa bwino. Ngati nkhani yanu ndi yofotokoza mfundo zimene mwasankha, ganizirani zimene omvera anu akudziŵa kale pankhaniyo ndi zimene mukufuna kukwaniritsa. Izi zidzakuthandizani kusankha mfundo zopindulitsa kwambiri. Ngati poyamba zikukhala zovuta, kambiranani vutolo ndi wokamba nkhani wozoloŵera. Angakuthandizeni kulingalira bwino za mfundo zanu ndi omvera anu. Ngati mwatsimikiza kuti mwapeza mfundo zothandiza omvera anu ndipo mwazimvetsa bwino, kufunitsitsa kwanu kuzifotokoza kudzaphimba nkhaŵa imene munali nayo.
Ganizirani mofatsa za mawu anu oyamba. Dziŵani mmene mungayambire. Nkhani yanu ili m’kati, mantha anu adzatha.
Masitepe amenewo amagwiranso ntchito pokonzekera utumiki wa kumunda. Musalingalire ulaliki wokha umene mukaupereke, komanso mtundu wa anthu amene mukawalalikirewo. Konzani mawu oyamba mosamala. Onerani kwa ofalitsa ofikapo odziŵa zambiri.
Mwina mungaganize kuti kuti mukalankhule modekha pamaso pa gulu, nkhani yanu muyenera kuilemba yonse kuti ikhale yoŵerenga. Zimenezi zingangowonjezera nkhaŵa yanu nthaŵi iliyonse pamene mukamba nkhani. N’zoona kuti okamba nkhani ena amalemba manotsi ochuluka kwambiri, pamene ena amalemba ochepa. Yesezani nkhani yanu mwa kulankhula momveka. Kuyeseza koteroko kudzakupatsani chidaliro chakuti mukhoza kulankhula zimene mukulingalira. Pamene mukuyeseza, mumaloŵetsa zinthu m’maganizo zimene zimakumbukika pokamba nkhani. Pokonzekera yesezani zenizeni. Muziwaona omvera anu m’maganizo. Khalani pathebulo kapena imani pasitandi, mmene mukachitire pokamba nkhani yanu.
Pempherani kwa Yehova kuti akuthandizeni. Kodi iye angayankhe pemphero ngati limenelo? “Uku ndi kulimbika mtima kumene tili nako kwa Iye, kuti ngati tipempha kanthu monga mwa chifuniro chake, atimvera.” (1 Yoh. 5:14) Ngati mukufuna kulemekeza Mulungu ndi kuthandiza anthu kuti apindule ndi Mawu ake, ndithudi adzayankha pemphero lanu. Chidaliro chimenecho chingakulimbikitseni kwambiri kuti mukakambe nkhani yanu modekha. Ndiponso, pamene mukulitsa zipatso za mzimu—chikondi, chimwemwe, mtendere, chifatso, ndi kudziletsa—mudzakhala ndi maganizo ofunikira posamalira zinthu modekha.—Agal. 5:22, 23.
Zoloŵerani. Mukamaloŵa mu utumiki wa kumunda kaŵirikaŵiri, mantha anu adzachepa. Ndipo mukamayankha kaŵirikaŵiri pamisonkhano ya mpingo, kudzakhala kosavuta kulankhula kwa anthu ena. Mukamakamba nkhani mumpingo mobwerezabwereza, nkhaŵa imene mumakhala nayo musanakambe nkhani iliyonse idzacheperachepera. Kodi mungakonde kukhala ndi mipata yambiri yokamba nkhani? Pamenepo muzikonzekera kukamba nkhani zogwirizira m’sukulu pamene eniake alephera kukwaniritsa mbali zawo.
Mutatsatira masitepe omwe talongosolaŵa, mudzaona kuti ndi bwino kuona zizindikiro zosonyeza kusakhazikika maganizo. Kudziŵa zizindikirozo ndi mmene mungathanire nazo kudzakuthandizani kulankhula modekha. Zizindikirozo zingakhale za thupi kapena za m’mawu.
Zizindikiro za Thupi. Kudekha kwanu, kapena kusadekha, kumaoneka mwa kaimidwe ka thupi lanu ndi mmene mukugwiritsira ntchito manja anu. Choyamba lingalirani manja. Kufumbata manja kumbuyo, kuika manja m’mbali momangika ngati papelete, kapena kugwira mwamphamvu sitandi yolankhulirapo; kupisa ndi kutulutsa manja m’matumba mobwerezabwereza, kumanga ndi kumasula mabatani a jekete, kugwiragwira chibwano popanda chifukwa, kugwiragwira mphuno, magalasi amaso; kuseŵeretsa wotchi, pensulo, mphete, kapena autilaini; kulankhula ndi manja konjenjemera kapena kosamalizitsa polankhula—zonsezi zimaonetsa kusadekha.
Kusadekha kungaonekerenso mwa kusunthasuntha miyendo, kuyendetsa thupi uku ndi uku, kuima momangika kwambiri, kuima mosawongoka bwino, kunyambita milomo kaŵirikaŵiri, kumezameza mate kapena kuti malovu, ndi kupuma mofulumira ndi mosakoka mpweya wambiri.
Mwa kuyesetsa mwakhama, mukhoza kulamulira zizindikiro za mantha zonsezi. Limbikirani kuthana ndi chimodzi panthaŵi imodzi. Dziŵani chimene chili vuto, ndipo lingalirani pasadakhale zimene muyenera kuchita kuti musachite zimenezo. Ngati muchita khama limenelo, mudzaonetsa kudekha m’kaimidwe ka thupi lanu.
Zizindikiro za M’mawu. Zizindikiro za m’mawu za kusadekha zingaphatikizepo kukweza mawu kwambiri kapena mawu onjenjemera. Mwina mumakhosomola kapena kuti kutsokomola kaŵirikaŵiri poyeretsa pakhosi kapena mumalankhula mofulumira kwambiri. Mavuto ndi zizoloŵezi zimenezi mungazigonjetse mwa kulamulira mawu anu mwakhama.
Ngati mukuchita mantha, pumani mpweya wambiri kangapo musanapite kupulatifomu. Yesani kumasula thupi lanu lonse. M’malo moganizira za mantha anu, lingalirani za chifukwa chimene mukufunira kufotokozera omvera anu zimene mwawakonzera. Mukafika papulatifomu, imani kaye pang’ono ndi kuyang’ana omvera anu musanayambe kulankhula. Kenako, pezani nkhope yaubwenzi ndipo mwetulirani. Lankhulani mawu oyamba pang’onopang’ono, kenako loŵererani m’nkhani yanu.
Zimene Muyenera Kuyembekezera. Musayembekezere kuti mantha anu adzatheratu onse. Ambiri omwe akhala akukamba nkhani zaka zambiri papulatifomu amamvabe mantha ena ake asananyamuke kukaimirira pamaso pa gulu. Komabe, iwo aphunzira kulamulira mantha awo. Wina mwa oterowo anati: “Ndimakhalabe ndi mantha, koma tsopano ndimatha kuwalamulira.”
Ngati muyesetsa ndi mtima wonse kuthetsa zizindikiro za mantha, omvera anu azikuonani monga wokamba nkhani wodekha. Mungamavebe timantha ndithu, koma iwo sangazindikire zimenezo m’pang’ono pomwe.
Kumbukirani, kuwonjezeka kwa madzi am’thupi aja otchedwa adrenaline omwe amachititsa zizindikiro za mantha kumawonjezeranso nyonga. Gwiritsani ntchito nyongayo polankhula mwaumoyo.
Musachite kuyembekeza nthaŵi yodzapita kupulatifomu kuti mukayeseze zinthu zimenezi.
