Wokora iki ufise umwitwarariko?

Kugira ushobore kugabanya umwitwarariko ufise, urakeneye kuzirikana ku magara yawe, ku migenderanire ufitaniye n’abandi, ku migambi yawe be no ku vyo ushira imbere mu buzima bwawe, ni ukuvuga ivyo ubona ko bihambaye vy’ukuri. Nugerageze kubaho umusi umwumwe ukwawo

Guhagarika umutima ku bintu udashobora kubuza ngo ntibibe, biratuma urushiriza gushuha umutwe. Ubwa kabiri, niwibuke ko ibintu bikunda kuduhagarika umutima akenshi bitama biba nk’uko twavyibaza.

Nukore ibitegereka

“Ubukerebutsi buva hejuru . . . bugira ibitegereka.”​—YAKOBO 3:17.

Ico bisobanura: Nturondere ko akantu kose kaba agatunganye. Niwirinde kwitega ibirenze ku bandi no kuri wewe ubwawe.

  • Niwifate ruto, ukore ibitegereka, utahure ko yaba wewe canke abandi hari ivyo mudashoboye. Ivyo niwabikora bizotuma mwese mworoherwa kandi mushike ku bintu vyiza kuruta. Ariko kandi nube umuntu akunda gutwenza. Gutwenga n’igihe ibintu bitagenda neza, biratuma utekana kandi ukamererwa neza.

Numenye ibigutera umwitwarariko

“Umuntu w’ugutahura agira umutima utekanye.”​—IMIGANI 17:27.

Ico bisobanura: Igihe ushavuye, ufise amaganya canke ubuze ukwihangana, bituma utaba uciyumvira neza. Niwihatire rero kuguma utekanye.

  • Numenye ibigutera umwitwarariko be n’ingene uhora uvyifatamwo. Nk’akarorero igihe ushushe umutwe, nusuzume ivyiyumviro ugira be n’inyifato uca ugaragaza, ushatse mbere uvyandike ahantu. Igihe utahura neza inyifato ugira iyo ushushe umutwe, vyoshobora gutuma urushiriza kuvyifatamwo neza. Vyongeye, niwiyumvire ingene wokuraho ibigutera amaganya. Nimba bidashoboka, raba ingene wogabanya ingaruka bikugirako. Nk’akarorero, woshobora kwiga gukora igikorwa neza canke kugira urutonde rutomoye rw’ivyo ukora.

  • Nugerageze kubona ibintu mu bundi buryo. Ibigushusha umutwe vyoshobora kuba bitawushusha uwundi muntu. Hari aho vyoba biva gusa ku kuntu ubona ibintu. Rimbura ibi bintu bitatu:

    1. Ntiwihutire kubona ko igikozwe cose kivuye ku mutima mubi. Murashobora kuba mutonze, umuntu akaguca imbere. Ufashe ko abikoze kubera atisonera, bica bigushavuza. Ubona gute riho ufashe ko ata mutima mubi abigiranye? Kandi bishobora kuba ari ko biri!

    2. Nurondere iciza mu ngorane urimwo. Kumara umwanya munini urindiriye umuganga canke urindiriye imodoka biroroha igihe uciye uwukoresha mu gusoma canke mu gukora ikintu kanaka.

    3. Nugume ubona kure. Niwibaze uti: ‘Iyi ngorane yoba izoba ikindaje ishinga ejo canke mu ndwi iza?’ Nutandukanye ingorane zidahambaye canke zimara igihe gito n’izihambaye cane.

Nugerageze kuba umunyarutonde

Umugore ariko akoresha telefone mu gupanga ibikorwa vya buri musi.

“Vyose bibe mu buryo bubereye kandi ku rutonde.”​—1 ABAKORINTO 14:40.

  • Mu buzima turashima ko habaho urutonde ku rugero kanaka. Kimwe mu vyotuma hataba urutonde maze bigatuma umuntu agira umwitwarariko, ni ukuba nzobandabikora, kandi ivyo bishobora gutuma umuntu yirundaniriza ibikorwa vyinshi. Ubona gute ugerageje ibi bintu bibiri?

    1. Nugire urutonde rutarimwo kurenza urugero kandi urwumireko.

    2. Nugerageze kumenya ibintu vyoba bituma uba nzobandabikora.

Nubeho mu buryo butarenza urugero

“Urushi rw’akaruhuko ruruta amashi abiri y’igikorwa c’ubutame n’ukwiyahagura ukurikira umuyaga.”​—UMUSIGUZI 4:6.

Ico bisobanura: Abantu biziziwe n’akazi barashobora kwitesha ivyiza biva ku “mashi abiri y’igikorwa c’ubutame” bwabo. Boshobora gusigara ata mwanya n’inguvu bafise wo kuryoherererwa ivyo babiriye akuya.

  • Nubone amahera n’akazi mu buryo butarenze urugero. Kugira amahera menshi ntibisobanura guhimbarwa cane canke kugabanya umwitwarariko. Ahubwo igihushane cavyo ni co gikunze kuba. Mu Musiguzi 5:12 havuga ngo: “Umukimba w’umutunzi ntumukundira gutora agatiro.” Nugerageze rero kubumbwa n’ivyo ufise.

  • Rondera umwanya wo kwisamaza. Iyo uriko wisamaza mu gukora ibintu ukunda, umwitwarariko uragabanuka. Ariko kwisamaza ata co ukora, nko kuraba televiziyo, usanga ata co bifashije.

  • Niwirinde gutwarwa n’ubuhinga bwa none. Niwirinde kuguma uraba amamesaje canke kuguma uja ku mbuga hwaniro. Niwirinde kuraba amamesaje ajanye n’akazi mu mwanya utari uw’akazi, kiretse gusa igihe bikenewe.

Niwitwararike amagara yawe

Umusore ariko ariruka amwenyura.

“Kumenyereza umubiri bigira akamaro.”​—1 TIMOTEYO 4:8.

  • Niwimenyereze ibintu bitabangamira amagara yawe. Ibikorwa vy’umubiri biratuma wiyumva neza, bigafasha n’umubiri wawe kutarengerwa n’umwitwarariko. Nufungure ibirimwo intungamagara, wirinde no gusimba ibiringo vyo gufungura. Nuruhuke bikwiye.

  • Niwirinde ibintu bikwica wibwira ngo ni ibigukiza, nko kunywa itabi, ibiyayuramutwe n’inzoga zirenze. Uko haca igihe, birakwongerereza umwitwarariko, kumbure mu kukwononera amagara n’amahera wabiriye akuya.

  • Niwiture umuganga nimba wumva ko umwitwarariko wakurengeye. Ntukwiye guterwa isoni no kuja kwivuza.

    “KUGIRA UBUNTU BIRATUMA UTARENGERWA N’UMWITWARARIKO”

    “Umuntu w’ubuntu bwuzuye urukundo yigirira neza, mugabo umuntu w’imburakigongwe akwegera umubiri wiwe ugukumīrwa.”​—IMIGANI 11:17.

    Igitabu kimwe (Overcoming Stress) kirimwo ikigabane kivuga ngo “Kugira ubuntu biratuma utarengerwa n’umwitwarariko.” Uwanditse ico gitabu ari we Muganga Tim Cantopher, avuga ko iyo ufashe abandi mu buryo buranga ubuntu bituma ugira amagara meza n’umunezero.   • Nupange ivyo ukora uhereye ku bihambaye kuruta ibindi. Ivyo bizogufasha kuvyitunirako, maze umenye ivyo woba uraretse gukora, ivyo woshinga abandi be n’ivyo woheba.

  • Mu kiringo c’indwi imwe, nuze urandika ingene ukoresha umwanya wawe. Nuce uraba ingene wowukoresha neza kuruta. Uko urushiriza gukoresha neza umwanya wawe ni ko urushiriza kwumva utekanye.

  • Nutegekanye akanya ko kuruhuka. Akaruhuko naho koba gatoyi, karashobora kukugarurira utuguvu, kagatuma n’umwitwarariko ufise ugabanuka.

Abavyeyi bahisemwo kumarana umwanya n’abana babo.

Nurondere gufashwa

“Amaganya mu mutima w’umuntu awutera kwicurikira, mugabo ijambo ryiza rirawunezereza.”​—IMIGANI 12:25.

  • Nuyagire umuntu agutahura. Yoshobora gutuma ubona ibintu mu bundi buryo canke mbere akakwereka umuti utari wiyumviriye w’ingorane urimwo. Kwiremurura ingorane vyonyene birashobora gutuma wumva uruhutse.

  • Nusabe bagufashe. Ubona gute uhaye uwundi igikorwa kanaka wari gukora canke mukagifashanya?

  • Nimba uwo mukorana atakworohereza, nurondere icotuma ibintu bigenda neza. Nk’akarorero, woba wobwira uwo muntu ubigiranye umutima mwiza n’ukwiyubara ingene yatumye umererwa? (Imigani 17:27) Nimba ata co bivuyemwo, ubona gute uciye ugabanya umwanya umarana na we?

Nurondere kuyoborwa n’Imana

Umugabo ariko arasenga ari ku kazi.

“Hahiriwe abazi ko bakeneye ivy’impwemu.”​—MATAYO 5:3.

Ico bisobanura: Abantu turakeneye n’ibindi uretse ibifungurwa, ivyambarwa n’uburaro. Turakeneye ivy’Imana. Kugira duhimbarwe, dutegerezwa kumenya ko tubikeneye tugaca turondera kuvyironsa.

  • Isengesho rirafasha cane. Imana idutera akamo iti: “Muterere amaganya yanyu yose kuri yo, kuko ibababara.” (1 Petero 5:7) Gusenga no kuzirikana ku bintu biremesha biratuma tugira amahoro yo mu mutima menshi.​—Abafilipi 4:6, 7.

  • Nusome ibintu bituma wumva wiyegereje Imana. Ivyiyumviro biri muri iki kinyamakuru biva muri Bibiliya, iyanditswe kugira tumenye Imana. Ivyo vyiyumviro kandi biratuma turushiriza kugira “ubukerebutsi ngirakamaro n’ubushobozi bwo kwiyumvira.” (Imigani 3:21) Ubona gute wishingiye umugambi wo gusoma Bibiliya? Hari aho wosanga uhungukiye cane uhereye ku gitabu c’Imigani.

UBUBASHA BWO KUGIRA IMBABAZI

“Ugutahura kwimbitse kw’umuntu ntikubura guhwamika ishavu ryiwe; kandi kwirengagiza ikigabitanyo ni ubwiza kuri we.”​—IMIGANI 19:11.

Mu kinyamakuru kimwe (Journal of Health Psychology), umuhinga Loren Toussaint avuga ati: “Kurengerwa n’umwitwarariko bironona [amagara] ariko kugira imbabazi bikingira amagara.” Yongerako ati: “Iyo ugize imbabazi bituma ubwawe wiyumva neza kandi ukabona neza uwakubabaje; biratuma kandi woroherwa no kumufatana ubuntu.” Asozera avuga yuko agatima ko kubabarira abandi “gashobora kugabanya cane ingorane ziterwa no kurengerwa n’umwitwarariko.”
