UWITWA Doreen yaravunitse umutima cane igihe umugabo wiwe Wesley bamutora ikivyimba co mu bwonko gikomeye, afise imyaka 54 gusa.a Abaganga bamubwiye ko yari asigaje amezi makeyi gusa. Doreen avuga ati: “Sinavyumva. Namaze amayinga atari make nacitse inkokora. Wamengo si twebwe biriko birashikira. Sinari niteguriye ikintu nk’ico.”

Ikibabaje, hari abantu benshi bamerewe nka Doreen. Umwanya n’umwanya, twese turashobora gufatwa n’indwara idakira. Igishimishije, abenshi barafasha n’umutima ukunze uwabo igihe atowe indwara izomuhitana. Ariko rero, kuguma bamwitwararika usanga ari urugamba rutoroshe. IGITUMA UBU ARI URUGAMBA

Iterambere mu vy’ubuvuzi ryaragize ivyo rihinduye ku bijanye n’urupfu. Mu myaka nka 100 iheze, abantu babaho imyaka mikeya cane, mbere no mu bihugu vyinshi biteye imbere. Barapfa ningoga bivuye ku ndwara zandukira canke amasanganya. Kubera ko ibitaro vyari bike, abantu benshi bitwararikwa n’imiryango yabo kandi bagapfira i muhira.

Muri iki gihe, iterambere mu vy’ubuvuzi ryaratumye abaganga barwanya indwara bimwe biboneka, kugira ngo abantu barambe kuruta. Indwara zahora zihitana abantu ningoga, ubu barazigendana imyaka n’iyindi. Ariko rero, baba baramaze kabiri mugabo ntibaba bakize. NIMUTEGEKANYE IBINTU IMBERE Y’IGIHE

Hari umusavyi umwe w’Imana yasenze ati: “Twereke ingene duharura imisi yacu mu buryo butuma turonka umutima w’ubukerebutsi.” (Zaburi 90:12) Nawe rero, nusenge Yehova Imana ubigiranye ubwira kugira ngo akwereke ingene ‘woharura neza imisi yawe,’ ku buryo ukoresha neza imisi uwo murwayi asigaje kubaho.

Ivyo bisaba gutegekanya neza ibintu. Nimba uwo murwayi agishobora kuvuga, kandi akaba yipfuza kuvuga ingene ibintu vyogenda, vyoba vyiza mumubajije uwofata ingingo hamwe atoba akibishoboye. Kuyaga mudahishanya, akavuga nimba yipfuza kuzoshirwa mu vyuma bimufasha guhema, kurwarira mu bitaro, kuvurwa mu buryo bunaka, vyoshobora kugabanya ukutumvikana be n’ukwiyagiriza mu bagize umuryango, igihe vyoba ngombwa ko bafata ingingo mu kibanza ciwe. Abagize umuryango babiyaze hakiri kare kandi badahishanya, vyotuma bitunira gusa ku kuntu bomwitwararika mu kiringo c’iyo ndwara. Bibiliya igira iti: “Imigambi irapfa ahatagira ikiyago c’akabanga.”​—Imigani 15:22.

INGENE TWOMUFASHA

Mu bisanzwe, ibanga nyamukuru ry’umurwaza ni ukuremesha umurwayi. Umurwayi ari ku mpfiro arakenera ko umubwira yuko umukunda be n’uko umuri iruhande. None wobigira gute? Numusomere ibiganiro bimuremesha canke umuririmbire indirimbo akunda. Abarwayi benshi bararema igihe uwo mu muryango abafashe ukuboko, kandi akabayagisha yengenga.

Akenshi biraba vyiza amenye abaza kumusuhuza. Raporo imwe ivuga ko ubushobozi bwo kwumva ari co kintu umuntu atakaza ubwa nyuma. Ivuga kandi ko umurwayi ashobora kuguma yumva naho yoba asa n’uwusinziriye, akaba ari co gituma mukwiye kwirinda kuvuga ikintu mutokwubahuka kuvuga ari maso.

Nimusengere hamwe nimba bishoboka. Bibiliya ivuga ko igihe kimwe, intumwa Paulo na bagenziwe bari mu ngorane zikomeye ku buryo batari bazi ko borokotse. None basavye iki abakirisu bagenzi babo? Paulo yabinginze ati: “Namwe murashobora gufasha biciye ku gutakamba mugira ku bwacu.” (2 Abakorinto 1:8-11) Isengesho rikora ku mutima dutura mu gihe c’ingorane canke c’indwara ikomeye, riraba ngirakamaro.

NUVYAKIRE UKO BIRI

Kwiyumvira gusa ko uwawe agiye gupfa, akenshi usanga bivuna umutima. Ni co gituma urupfu tutarwiyumvamwo. Urupfu ni icaduka mu buzima bw’umuntu. (Abaroma 5:12) Ni co gituma Ijambo ry’Imana rirwita “umwansi.” (1 Abakorinto 15:26) Kutiyumvisha ko uwawe yopfa ni ikintu cumvikana rwose, mbere gisanzwe.

Ariko ntiwumve, kuzirikana imbere y’igihe ku vyoshobora gushika birashobora gutuma abagize umuryango batekana, maze bakitunira ku gutunganya ibintu neza. Ibintu vyoshobora gushika, biravugwa mu ruzitiro ruvuga ngo “Imisi y’imbere y’ugupfa.” Si ngombwa ngo buri murwayi agaragaze ivyo bimenyetso vyose, canke ngo bikurikirane ukwo nyene bitondetse. Ariko rero, abarwayi batari bake baragaragaza bimwebimwe muri ivyo.

Uwawe amaze gucikana, vyoba vyiza ubimenyesheje umugenzi yoba yarakwemereye kugufasha. N’ikindi kandi, vyoshobora gukenerwa ko abarwaza be n’abagize umuryango bakurwa amazinda yuko uwabo atakiriko arababara. Umuremyi wacu araduhumuriza ko “abapfuye, [ata] co bazi namba.”​—Umusiguzi 9:5.

YEHOVA NI WE GAHEBUZA MU KUTWITWARARIKA

Umugore yagiye gusuhuza umurwayi mu bitaro

Nitwige kutankira uwipfuza kudufasha wese

Kwiheka ku Mana birahambaye, haba mu kiringo co kurwaza canke inyuma yo kubura. Irashobora kubafasha biciye ku majambo aremesha abandi bababwira canke ivyo babakorera. Doreen avuga ati: “Narize kutankira uwipfuza kumfasha wese. Nkako, twahavuye turonka ibirengeye ivyo twari dukeneye. Twe n’umugabo wanje twarabona ata mazinda ko ari nk’aho Yehova ariko atubwira ati: ‘Ndi kumwe namwe kugira ngo ndabafashe.’ Ico kintu sinzopfa ndacibagiye.”

Ego cane, Yehova ni agahebuza mu kutwitwararika. Kubera ko ari we yaturemye, aratahura intuntu n’umubabaro tugira. Arashobora kudufasha no kuturemesha kugira ngo dushobore kwihangana, kandi arashashaye kubigira. Ikiruta vyose, adusezeranira ko azokuraho urupfu rimwe rizima yongere azure abantu amamiliyaridi bari mu mva. (Yohani 5:28, 29; Ivyahishuwe 21:3, 4) Ico gihe rero, abantu bose bazovuga nka Paulo bati: “Rupfu we, intsinzi yawe iri he? Rupfu we, uruboyi rwawe ruri he?”​—1 Abakorinto 15:55.

  • Kwipfuza kuba ari wenyene canke kuba kumwe n’abantu bakeyi cane. Birakenewe ko aho ari haguma hari agacerere kandi hatekanye.

  • Kumara umwanya muremure aryamye.

  • Kutaguma hamwe. Aho kuza uramufata ngo agume hamwe, numuyagishe buhorobuhoro umwereka ko umutahura.

  • Ubwenge budatumbereye. Numubwire izina ryawe, kandi umwumvirize witonze n’igihe nyene yoba avuga ibidatumbereye neza.

  • Kwiyononako. Nugume umutunganya neza hamwe n’igitanda ciwe.

  • Guhema nabi. Kunihagira vyoshobora kuba biva gusa ku mpwemu zica ku dutsi tw’amajwi.

  • Gupfungāna. Gusegura umurwayi vyoshobora gutuma ataza arabimba urufuro mu kanwa.

  • Guhinduka urukoba. Akenshi biva kuba umutima utakirungika neza amaraso mu bihimba nyamukuru.
