Tikhoza Kuchepetsako Kupsinjika Maganizo!

“Padzakhalabe kupsinjika maganizo m’moyo, ndipo chofunika ndicho kuona mmene tingakuchepetsere osati kukuthetsa.”—anatero Leon Chaitow, wotchuka polemba nkhani zokhudza thanzi.

BAIBULO linaneneratu kuti “masiku otsiriza zidzafika nthaŵi zoŵaŵitsa.” Pali umboni wabwino wosonyeza kuti tikukhala m’nthaŵi imeneyo, chifukwa—mogwirizana ndi ulosiwo—anthu ndi “odzitamandira, odzikuza, amwano, osamvera akuwabala, osayamika, osayera mtima, opanda chikondi chachibadwidwe, osayanjanitsika, akudyerekeza, osakhoza kudziletsa, aukali, osakonda abwino, achiŵembu, aliuma olimbirira, otukumuka mtima.”—2 Timoteo 3:1-5.

Nzosadabwitsa kuti zimavuta kuti ungokhala mwamtendere! Ngakhale amene amayesera kumakhala mwamtendere zimawavutabe. “Masautso a wolungama mtima achuluka,” analemba motero wamasalmo Davide. Baibulo limalangiza kuti, “chizoloŵezi cha thupi chipindula.” (1 Timoteo 4:8) Kumachita maseŵera olimbitsa thupi pang’ono koma nthaŵi zonse—ena amati katatu pamlungu—kumapangitsa mtima kukhala wamphamvu, kumapangitsa magazi kuthamanga, kumachepetsa makhemikolo otchedwa cholesterol, ndipo kumachepetsa mpata woti mudwale matenda a mtima otchedwa heart attack. Kenaka pangani ndandanda kuti zimenezi zisanyalanyazidwe.—Yerekezerani ndi 1 Akorinto 14:33, 40 ndi Afilipi 1:10.

Mukhale ndi Mabwenzi Abwino

Muyenera kuthandizidwa. Panthaŵi yakupsinjika maganizo, amene ali ndi mabwenzi ambiri amathandizidwako kuti asakhale wodandaula kwambiri. Kungokhala ndi bwenzi limodzi chabe lodalirika limene mukhoza kuliuza zapansi pamtima zimathandizako ndithu. Mwambi wa m’Baibulo umati: “Bwenzi limakonda nthaŵi zonse; ndipo mbale anabadwira kuti akuthandize pooneka tsoka.”—Miyambo 17:17.

Thetsani kusiyana maganizo. Mtumwi Paulo analemba kuti, “dzuŵa lisaloŵe muli chikwiyire.” (Aefeso 4:26) Ubwino wothetsa kusiyana maganizo kuposa kusunga mkwiyo unaonekera pa kufufuza pakati pa anthu okwana 929 omwe anadwalapo matenda a heart attack. Omwe anali ndi chidani kwambiri anali pangozi yakufa chifukwa cha kulekeratu kugwira ntchito kwa mtima mkati mwa zaka 10 atadwala koyamba kuposa ofatsawo. Khalani ndi nthaŵi yocheza ndi banja lanu. Makolo achiisrayeli analamulidwa kukhala ndi nthaŵi yocheza ndi ana awo, kuŵaphunzitsa makhalidwe abwino. (Deuteronomo 6:6, 7) Kuchezera pamodzi kumeneko kumalimbikitsa umodzi—chinthu chimene masiku ano chikusoŵeka kwambiri. Pakufufuza kwina, kunapezeka kuti makolo ena anali kuseŵera ndi ana awo pa avareji mphindi 3.5 zokha tsiku lililonse. Komabe, apabanja lanu ndiwo angathandize kwambiri pamene wapsinjika maganizo. Buku lina linati ponena za kupsinjika maganizo, “Banja limalola kukambitsirana nawe kuti likulimbikitse mwamaganizo nthaŵi iliyonse ndipo limakudziŵa bwino ndiponso limakukondadi. Kukambitsirana kwa m’banja ndiko njira imodzi yabwino kwambiri yochepetsera kupsinjika maganizo.”

Khalani ndi Kalingaliridwe Kabwino

Khalani ololera. Munthu amene nthaŵi zonse amadzikakamiza kuchita ntchito yambiri zedi yoposa mphamvu zake kapena malingaliro ake sachedwa kukoledwa ndiponso mwina kuchita tondovi. Njira yabwino ndiyo kukhala wololera. Wophunzira Yakobo anena kuti “Nzeru yochokera kumwamba iyamba kukhala . . . yololera.” (Yakobo 3:17, NW; yerekezerani ndi Mlaliki 7:16, 17 ndi Afilipi 4:5.) Phunzirani kusachita zinthu zomwe simungazithe.

Osadziyerekezera inu eni ndi ena. Agalatiya 6:4 amati: “Koma yense ayesere ntchito yake ya iye yekha, ndipo pamenepo adzakhala nako kudzitamandira chifukwa cha iye yekha, si chifukwa cha wina.” Ndithudi, ngakhale pakulambira, Mulungu sayerekezera anthu wina ndi mnzake, safuna kuti tichite zoposa zomwe tingathe. Iye amalola mphatso ndi nsembe zathu ‘monga chomwe tili nacho, si monga chotisowa.’—2 Akorinto 8:12.

Khalani ndi nthaŵi yopumula. Ngakhale kuti Yesu anali wakhama, ankakhala ndi nthaŵi yopumula iye ndi ophunzira ake. (Marko 6:30-32) Mlembi wouziridwa wa buku la Mlaliki anaona kuti kupumula kunali kwabwino. Analemba kuti: “Pompo ndinatama kusekaseka, pakuti munthu alibe kanthu kabwino pansi pano, koma kudya ndi kumwa, ndi kusekera; ndi kuti zimenezi zikhalebe naye m’vuto lake masiku onse a moyo wake umene Mulungu wampatsa pansi pano.” (Mlaliki 8:15) Chisangalalo chosapambanitsa chikhoza kutsitsimula thupi ndipo chingathandize kuchepetsako kupsinjika maganizo.

Kuona Kupsinjika Maganizo Moyenera

Musalingalire kuti Mulungu wakusiyani. Baibulo limatiuza kuti Hana, mkazi wokhulupirika, kwazaka zambiri anali ndi ‘mtima wowawa’ (anasauka mtima). (1 Samueli 1:4-11) Ku Makedoniya, Paulo ‘anasautsidwa monsemo.’ (2 Akorinto 7:5) Yesu asanafe, ‘anapsinjika mtima,’ ndipo kupsinjika maganizo kwake kunali kwakukulu mwakuti “thukuta lake linakhala ngati madontho aakulu a mwazi alinkugwa pansi.”a (Luka 22:44) Awa anali atumiki okhulupirika a Mulungu. Motero pamene mupsinjika maganizo, palibe chifukwa chonenera kuti Mulungu wakusiyani.

Phunziranipo kanthu pazochitika zoipa. Paulo analemba kuti anapirira “munga m’thupi,” mosakayika linali vuto la matenda limene limampangitsa kukhala wodandaula. (2 Akorinto 12:7) Komabe patatha zaka zisanu, ananena kuti: “Konseko ndi m’zinthu zonse ndaloŵa mwambo wakukhuta, ndiponso wakumva njala; wakusefukira, ndiponso wakusoŵa. Ndikhoza zonse mwa Iye wondipatsa mphamvuyo.” (Afilipi 4:12, 13) Paulo sankasangalatsidwa ndi ‘munga unali m’thupiwo,’ koma mwakupirira, anaphunzira kudalira kwambiri Mulungu kuti ampatse mphamvu.—Salmo 55:22.

Kukulitsa Khalidwe Lauzimu

Ŵerengani Mawu a Mulungu ndi kusinkhasinkhapo. “Odala ali osauka mumzimu,” anatero Yesu. (Mateyu 5:3) Kuŵerenga ndi kusinkhasinkha Mawu a Mulungu nkofunika kwambiri. Kaŵirikaŵiri, ngati tifunafuna m’Malemba, timapezamo mawu ofunikira kwambiri kutilimbikitsa pa nthaŵi imeneyo. (Miyambo 2:1-6) Wamasalmo analemba kuti, “Pondichulukira zolingalira zanga m’kati mwanga, zotonthoza zanu zikondweretsa moyo wanga.”—Salmo 94:19.

Pempherani nthaŵi zonse. Paulo analemba kuti: “Zopempha zanu zidziŵike kwa Mulungu. Ndipo mtendere wa Mulungu wakupambana chidziŵitso chonse, udzasunga mitima yanu ndi maganizo anu mwa Kristu Yesu.” (Afilipi 4:6, 7) Inde, “mtendere wa Mulungu” ukhoza kuthetsa malingaliro athu odandaulawo ndi kutipangitsa kukhala a bata, ngakhale pamene pafunika “ukulu woposa wamphamvu.”—2 Akorinto 4:7.

Sonkhanani nawo pamisonkhano yachikristu. Mipingo yachikristu imathandiza kwambiri, chifukwa amene alimowo amalimbikitsidwa ‘kuganizirana wina ndi mnzake kuti afulumizane ku chikondano ndi ntchito zabwino, . . . kudandaulirana.’ Ndi zifukwa zabwino, Paulo anauza Akristu achiyuda kuti ‘asaleke kusonkhana kwawo pamodzi.’—Ahebri 10:24, 25.

Chiyembekezo Chodalirika

Kunena zoona, kuchepetsa kupsinjika maganizo si chinthu chapafupi kuchita. Kaŵirikaŵiri, pamafunikira kusintha malingaliro munali nawo poyamba. Mwachitsanzo, munthu angafunikire kuphunzira mmene azichitira pa zimene zimamchitikira kuti asamakhale wodandaula kwambiri. Nthaŵi zina malinga ndi mmene kupsinjika maganizo kumachitikira pafupipafupi ndiponso mmene kumakulira, kungakhale kofunika kuonana ndi dokotala wodziŵa za kupsinjika maganizo.

Nzoonadi kuti palibe aliyense masiku ano amene amakhala moyo wopanda kupsinjika maganizo mpang’ono pomwe. Komabe Baibulo limatilonjeza kuti posachedwa Mulungu athetsa zonse zimene zimapangitsa kuti anthu azikhala ndi kupanikizika maganizo koipa. Pa Chivumbulutso 21:4, timaŵerenga kuti Mulungu “adzawapukutira misozi yonse kuichotsa pamaso pawo; ndipo sipadzakhalanso imfa; ndipo sipadzakhalanso maliro, kapena kulira, kapena chowawitsa.” Pambuyo pake, anthu achikhulupiriro adzakhala motetezereka. Mneneri Mika analosera kuti: “Koma adzakhala munthu yense patsinde pa mpesa wake, ndi patsinde pa mkuyu wake; ndipo sipadzakhala wakuwaopsa; pakuti pakamwa pa Yehova wa makamu padanena.”—Mika 4:4.

a Kwamveka kuti thukuta la magazi limachitika nthaŵi zina pamene munthu wapsinjika maganizo kwambiri. Mwachitsanzo, kupsinjika maganizo kotchedwa hematidrosis, thupi limatulutsa thukuta losakanizika ndi magazi kapena mbali zina za magazi kapena madzi ena a m’thupi ophatikizana ndi magazi. Komabe sitingathe kunena mwachindunji zimene zinachitikira Yesu.

Kupsinjika Maganizo ndi Opaleshoni

Madokotala ena amayamba aona ngati munthu ali wamantha asanapite naye m’chipinda chochitira opaleshoni. Mwachitsanzo, Dr. Camran Nezhat, dokotala wochita opaleshoni anati:

“Ngati wina ali pa ndandanda yochitidwa opaleshoni, ndiye wandiuza kuti si wokhazikika maganizo tsiku limenelo ndipo sakufuna kuchitidwa opaleshoni, basi ndimasintha tsiku lochita opaleshoniyo.” Nchifukwa ninji? Nezhat analongosola kuti: “Dokotala aliyense wochita opaleshoni amazindikira kuti anthu omwe ali ndi mantha kapena odandaula siziwayendera bwino mukawachita opaleshoni. Amachucha magazi kwambiri, sachedwa kugwidwa matenda ena ndiponso zinthu zambiri zimasokonezeka kwambiri. Sachira msanga. Zimakhalako bwino ngati ali odekha maganizo.”
