Kusamalira Thupi Lanu

1 Munthu wanzeruyo Solomo analiyerekezera ndi nyumba yokhala ndi mawindo ndi zitseko. Zaka mazana angapo pambuyo pake, mtumwi Paulo analitcha kuti “nyumba iyi yokhalamo.” Kodi iwo anali kunena za chiyani? Za thupi lamunthu. (Mlal. 12:3-7; 2 Akor. 5:1, 2, NW) Ndipo mofanana ndi nyumba, thupi limafuna kusamaliridwa bwino kuti munthu akhoze kusangalala nalo kwambiri.

2 Pali chifukwa chabwino ndiponso chachikulu choti inu muzifunira kusamalira bwino kwambiri thupi lanu. Ndicho kuti muthe kuligwiritsa ntchito kuti mulemekeze nalo Mlengi wanu, ndiponso makolo anu, ndi kupereka zabwino kwa anansi anu. Nyumba yosasamaliridwa silemekeza wolemba pulani yanyumbayo ngakhalenso womanga. Nyumba yogumuka, yauve kapena imene imanunkha imaipitsa malo onse. Ndi zofanananso ndi ifeyo ngati tilephera kusamalira bwino matupi athu.

3 Zoonadi, thupi lanu modabwitsa kwambiri limatha kumadzisamalira m’njira zambiri. Inu mwini musakuganizirako n’komwe, ilo limagaya chakudya ndi kuchisintha kukhala mphamvu; kaŵirikaŵiri limadzichiza tizilonda ting’onoting’ono ndi matenda ang’onoang’ono popanda inu kugwiritsa ntchito mankhwala alionse. Lingathe kuzunzidwa kwambiri koma osadandaula.

4 Komabe, posamalira thupi lathu sitingapeŵe choonadi cha Baibulo chakuti ‘timatuta chimene timafesa.’ ‘Zotutazo’ zingakhale zabwino kapena zoipa, mogwirizana ndi mmene ife tikuchitira. Ndipo munthu sadikira kuti akalambe kuti ayambe kututa—zimayamba mofulumira kwambiri, nthaŵi zinanso adakali wamng’ono kwambiri.

5 Si nkhani yongopewa “kudwala” chabe. Muyenera kufuna kuti thupi lanu likhale “logwira ntchito bwino kwambiri,” kumamva kuti muli bwino, kumva chimwemwe, moti mpamene mungagwirenso bwino ntchito, kuganiza bwino ndi zimene zimathandiza kuti anthu ena azifuna kukhala nawe pafupi. Motero kodi zinthu zina ndi ziti zimene zimafunika kuzisamalira nthaŵi ndi nthaŵi?

6 Kufunika kwa Chakudya cha Magulu Atatu: Chakudya chimene mumadya chimachita zambiri kuposa chabe kukupatsani mphamvu. Chimakhala ndi zinthu zimene thupi lanu limafuna kuti lizidzikonzanso. Zakudya zopatsa mphamvu monga shuga, buledi ndi mbatata, zimakupatsani mphamvu. Koma bwanji ngati chakudya chanu chili ndi zokhazi? Bwanji ngati mungayese kumangomwa zakumwa zoziziritsa kukhosi ndi kudya mabisiketi ndi makeke? Thupi lanu lidzakhala lilibe zinthu zofunika podzikonza tsiku ndi tsiku.

7 Mumafunika zakudya zokulitsa thupi nthaŵi ndi nthaŵi, monga mkaka, tchizi, nyama ndi nsomba. Popanda zakudyazi mnofu wanu mosakhalitsa umafeŵa ndi kufooka ndipo mumakula movutika. Mumafunika zakudya zolimbitsa thupi, popeza kuti popanda zimenezi mano anu mosakhalitsa adzayamba kuchoka, mafupa anu adzakhala ofooka. Ndiwo zamasamba zimakhala ndi zakudya zolimbitsa thupi zochuluka. Mumafunika zakudya zoteteza ku matenda (mavitamini), chifukwa ndizo zimayendetsa zinthu m’thupi ndipo zimateteza thupi ku matenda ena. Zipatso ndi zakudya zonga mpunga zimakhala ndi mavitamini ambiri. Ndiyeno mumafunika madzi ambiri, popeza kuti ndiwo maziko a magazi anu ndi madzi ena alionse a m’thupi. Kaŵirikaŵiri munthu wosadya bwino sagwiranso bwino ntchito, ndipo sachedwa kuchita ngozi. Thupi mwamsanga limawonda ndipo munthu saonekanso wokongola.

8 Ukhondo Umabweretsa Thanzi Labwino: Monga momwe timasangalalira tikamakhala m’nyumba ya ukhondo, timasangalalanso kwambiri ndi moyo pamene tikhala ndi matupi aukhondo. Kusamba kaŵirikaŵiri kumatsitsimula ndi kutipatsa moyo wabwino. Nthaŵi zonse thupi lanu limakhudzidwa ndi tizilombo tosaoneka ndi maso tomwe tili mu mpweya ndi zinthu zimene mumagwira. Zina zingakuputireni matenda. Sopo amachita ngati mankhwala opha tizilomboto, pomwe madzi amatikokolora. Makamaka manja anu mufunikira kuwasamala kwambiri chifukwa ndiwo amene amagwira chakudya chanu ndipo mumagwira nawo anthu ena kapena kugwira zinthu zimene anthuwo amagwiritsa ntchito.

9 Si kokha kuti mumamva bwino mukamakhala waukhondo; komanso kuti mumapangitsa ena kumva bwino amene amakuonani kapena kukuyandikirani. Mukaona nyumba yosasesa, mumaganiza bwanji za anthu okhalamowo? Chonchonso, anthu amakuweruzani malinga ndi mmene mumaonekera. Ngati muli ndi nkhope yalitsiro, makutu alitsiro, khosi lalitsiro, tsitsi lalitsiro, litsiro m’manja mwanu ndi m’zikhadabo, zimenezo zingalepheretse ena kukuyanjani ndi kukulemekezani. Koma ngati mumakhala waukhondo mudzayamba kumadzilemekezanso nokha.

10 Thupi limachita thukuta ngakhale ngati munthu sakulimbitsa thupi kapena kugwira ntchito. Thukuta likachulukitsitsa, limanunkhitsa thupi lanu. Mukamasamba nthaŵi zonse ndiponso kutsuka m’khwapa ndi malo ena ngati amenewo, mudzaona kuti anthu azikonda kukhala pafupi nanu. Ukhondo, limodzi ndi zakudya zabwino, zimathandizanso kukhala ndi nkhope yoŵala bwino.

11 Mano ndiwonso chinthu china chofuna kusamalidwa. Nyenyetswa za chakudya zingatsalire m’nsinini kapena kumamatira pamano omwewo. Nyenyetswa zimenezi zikayamba kuvunda zimawononga mano anu. Zimenezo zikachitika kaŵirikaŵiri, mwina pamiyezi ingapo chabe, mano amabooka n’kuyamba kuvunda. Kapena nkhama zingayambe kutupa, ndiye pakupita kwa nthaŵi, mano amayamba kugwedezeka. Mwina mano ena angagweruke. Ngati munthu ali ndi mano ovunda kapena ngati ali ndi magweru, akamamwetulira saoneka bwino.—Yerekezerani ndi Nyimbo ya Solomo 4:2.

12 Ngati mano anu sanakuwawenipo, chimenecho chisakhale chifukwa chowanyalanyazira osawasamala. Ofufuzafufuza amanena kuti mwa ana a sukulu khumi mumapezeka kuti asanu ndi anayi ali ndi mano ovunda. Chimenecho n’chifukwa chosawatsuka mano nthaŵi zonse, kapena chifukwa chakudya zakudya zosalongosoka, kapena zifukwa zonse ziŵiri.

13 Mkamwa mwaukhondo mumatitetezanso kuti anthu asanyansidwe nafe chifukwa chonunkha mkamwa. Kumwa madzi makapu angapo tsiku lililonse nakonso kumathandiza. Kumbukirani kuti pakamwa panu pali ngati khomo kapena poloŵera m’nyumba. (Mlal. 12:4) Ngati m’nyumbamo simukuoneka bwino kapena ngati mukutuluka fungo loipa, anthu amangopotoloka.

14 Mawu a Mulungu, Baibulo, limatilimbikitsa kukhala aukhondo ndipo limatiphunzitsanso kachitidwe kake, mosasinjirira. Ngati munthu ali ndi manja oyera ndipo atasambitsa thupi lake, nthaŵi zambiri amaonedwa monga woyeranso mwauzimu. (Sal. 26:6; Yes. 1:16; Aheb. 10:22) Kodi ndife oyera mkati, mumtima ndiponso m’maganizo mwathu? Nangano sitingalimbikire kukhalanso oyera n’kunja komwe?

15 Muyenera Kupuma Mokwanira: Tsiku lililonse maselo ambirimbiri m’thupimu amawonongeka ndipo amafunikira kukonzedwanso. Thupi lanu limatulutsa litsiro limene limaunjikika m’nyama, makamaka chifukwa chogwira ntchito kapena kuchita maseŵera olimbitsa thupi. Litsiro limeneli n’limene limakupangitsani kutopa. Thupi lanu limafunikira kupuma mokwanira kuti lizichotsa litsiro lounjikikalo ndiponso kuti thupi lizikhoza kupanga maselo atsopano kuti azipitiriza kukonzanso thupi lanu. Ubongo wanunso umafuna kupuma. Sungapume ngakhale pang’ono pokhapokha inu mugone.

16 Ngati muli wachinyamata, mwina mungaganize kuti kungogona pang’ono pokha zilibe kanthu. Koma nyonga yaunyamata ingakhale yonyenga. Ingakunyengeni osaona zizindikiro zakuti thupi lanu likuvulazika chifukwa chosoŵa tulo tokwanira. Kunena zoona, thupi la munthu wachinyamata ndilo limafuna tulo tokwanira kuposa thupi la munthu wamkulu. Kusoŵa tulo kumamlepheretsa munthu kuganiza ndipo kumangompangitsa kuyiŵala zinthu kwambiri, munthu wake sakhala wochangamuka, amangoti ndwii. Munthuyo amangokhala wosamasuka, wamatukutuku, wokwiya msanga ndipo wovuta kukhala naye. Zimaipa kwambiri ngati munthuyo watanganidwa ndi ntchito. Choncho, thandizani thupi lanu kupeza mpumulo wokwanira.

17 Kuyamikira Zimene Mlengi Anatipatsa: Inde, tonse tinganene monga ananenera wamasalmo, kuti: “Ndikuyamikani chifukwa kuti chipangidwe changa nchoopsa ndi chodabwiza; ntchito zanu nzodabwiza; moyo wanga uchidziŵa ichi bwino ndithu.” Matupi athu amasonyeza umboni wakuti Atate wathu wakumwamba n’ngwanzeru ndiponso amatikonda.—Sal. 139:14-16.

18 Ngati timayamikira mphatso ya moyo imene tili nayo m’matupi athu, tiyenitu tiziwagwiritsa ntchito kulemekeza Mpangi wathu ndi kulemekezanso Mwana wake yemwe anapereka moyo wake kuti nafenso tipeze moyo. Tengerani chitsanzo cha mtumwi Paulo, yemwe anakhumba kuti ‘tsopanonso Kristu adzakuzidwe m’thupi lake.’—Afil. 1:20; 1 Akor. 6:13.

19 Nthaŵi zina mwina tingasoŵe chakudya chokwanira ndi kusoŵanso tulo chifukwa choti talola kuvutika mu utumiki wa Mulungu, monga Paulo, monganso Yesu, yemwe Pauloyo ankatsanzira. (2 Akor. 6:4, 5) Koma sitiyenera kusautsa matupi athu kapena kuwanyalanyaza mwakusawasamala bwino pazifukwa zopanda pake kapena chifukwa chopusa. Zimenezo zingasonyeze kuti sitikulemekeza Munthu amene anatipatsa moyo.

20 “Mungakhale mudya, mungakhale mumwa, mungakhale muchita kanthu kena, chitani zonse ku ulemerero wa Mulungu.” Adzakupatsani mphoto yokoma ndi kukudalitsani chifukwa mumayamikira zimene anakupatsani mwachikondi.—1 Akor. 10:31.
