Njira yabwino koposa ya kuwagaŵira ndiyo ya kudzutsa funso pankhani yodzutsa chidwi ndiyeno kusonyeza nkhani imene imapereka yankho la m’Malemba. Talingalirani zitsanzo zochepa za mmene mungachitire zimenezi:

3 Ngati mukusonyeza nkhani ya kuwonjezeka kwa upandu, mungafunse kuti:

◼ “Kodi tingachitenji kuti tikhale okhoza kugona usiku popanda kuwopa upandu?” Mwininyumba angakaikire ponena za kukhala bwinopo kwa zinthu. Mungayankhe kuti anthu ambiri amalingalira mofananamo ndipo wonjezani kuti muli ndi uthenga umene mukhulupirira kuti udzakhala wokondweretsa kwa iye. Ndiyeno sonyezani nsonga yoyenera mu nkhaniyo.

4 Pamene mugaŵira magazini onena za moyo wa banja, munganene kuti:

◼ “Anthu ambiri amapeza kuti nkovuta kwambiri kupeza ndalama ndi kusunga banja masiku ano. Mabuku ambiri alembedwa pankhaniyi, koma ngakhale akatswiri sakugwirizana pa njira zothetsera mavuto athu. Kodi pali kumene tingapite kuti tipeze chitsogozo chodalirika?” Ndiyeno sonyezani mawu oyenera m’magazini amene amasonyeza nzeru yopezeka m’Baibulo.

6 Umboni Wam’khwalala Uli Wogwira Mtima: M’kope la Informant (Utumiki Wathu Waufumu) la January 1940 ofalitsa analimbikitsidwa kwa nthaŵi yoyamba kulinganiza tsiku lapadera mlungu uliwonse kaamba ka umboni wam’khwalala mwa kugwiritsira ntchito magazini. 7 Njira za Magazini: Awo amene ali ndi njira ya magazini amagaŵira magazini ambiri ngakhale kuti magawo amenewo amafoledwa nthaŵi zonse. Njira za magazini zili chiyambi chabwino kwambiri chopezera maphunziro a Baibulo apanyumba.

8 Pamene mupanga maulendo obwereza okhazikika okapereka magazini, mudzapeza kuti chikondi ndi ubwenzi pakati pa inu ndi mwininyumba zidzakula. Pamene mudziŵana bwino, mpamenenso kukhala kopepukirapo kulankhuzana za nkhani za m’Malemba. Izi zingayambitse phunziro la Baibulo lapanyumba lobala zipatso. Pamene mupeza munthu wofuna kwambiri magazini, gaŵirani sabusikripishoni. Ndipo kumbukirani, nthaŵi zonse mukalankhula ndi mwininyumba chitirani lipoti ulendo wobwereza.

9 Mlongo wina mosalekeza anapereka magazini kwa mkazi wina amene nthaŵi zonse sanawakane koma ananena kuti: “Sindikhulupirira zimene mukundiuza.” Paulendo wina pambuyo pake, mlongoyo anapeza mwamuna wa mkaziyo panyumba. Atakambitsirana mwaubwenzi, phunziro la Baibulo linalinganizidwa. Mlongoyo anapanga ubwenzi ndi ana aamuna atatu amene anadzapezekapo pa phunzirolo. Mkupita kwa nthaŵi, mayiyo ndi ana akewo aamuna anapatulira moyo wawo kwa Yehova ndipo anabatizidwa. Lerolino, ziwalo 35 za banjalo zalandira choonadi. Zonsezi nchifukwa chakuti mlongoyo anabwereramo m’njira yake ya magazini!

10 Pali njira zambiri zoyambitsira njira ya magazini. Mungayambe njira mwa kungosunga cholembapo zimene mwagaŵira ndi kulinganiza kubwererako milungu iŵiri iliyonse ndi magazini atsopano. Njira imodzi ndiyo ya kugwiritsira ntchito mawu a pansi pa mutu wakuti “M’Kope Lathu Lotsatira.” Pamene mubwererako, uzani mwininyumba kuti muli ndi magazini amene munatchula kumbuyoku. Kapena, pamene mukupanga ulendo wobwereza, munganene kuti: “Pamene ndinaŵerenga nkhaniyi, ndinaganiza kuti ingakukondweretseni . . . ” Ndiyeno fotokozani mwachidule za nkhaniyo ndi kuigaŵira. Pamene mwamaliza kuchezera, lembani pa cholembapo chanu cha kunyumba ndi nyumba mfundo zachidule zisanu: (1) dzina la mwininyumba, (2) keyala ya mwininyumba, (3) tsiku la kuchezerako, (4) makope osiyidwa ndi (5) nkhani imene mwasonyeza. Ofalitsa ena akhala achipambano kwambiri pa kupanga njira za magazini, akumakhala ndi anthu owafikira 40 kapena kuposapo pa ndandanda yawo!

11 Gawo la Malonda: Magazini ambiri amagaŵiridwa ndi ofalitsa amene amafola gawo la malonda. Kodi mwayesa ulaliki wa kusitolo ndi sitolo? Malipoti amasonyeza kuti m’mipingo ina, kugaŵanamo m’mbali imeneyi yautumiki kuli kochepa. Poyamba, ena amachita mantha kufikira anthu amalonda, koma pambuyo pa kuyesa nthaŵi zingapo, amakupeza kukhala ponse paŵiri kokondweretsa ndi kofupa. Bwanji osapempha wofalitsa kapena mpainiya wodziŵa bwino kukuthandizani kuyamba?

12 Kulalikira kusitolo ndi sitolo kuli ndi zabwino zambiri. Osapezeka panyumba amakhala oŵerengeka mkati mwa nthaŵi ya malonda! Anthu amalonda kaŵirikaŵiri ngatcheru, ngakhale kuti sangakhale kwenikweni okonda Baibulo. Yambani msanga tsikulo; mudzalandiridwa bwino. Mutadzidziŵikitsa, munganene kuti anthu amalonda nthaŵi zambiri simumawapeza panyumba, motero mukuwachezera kwa kanthaŵi kochepa chabe ku malo awo antchito kuwasonyeza makope atsopano a Nsanja ya Olonda ndi Galamukani! Tchulani kuti anthu amalonda ambiri amakonda magazini athu chifukwa amafuna kudziŵa zimene zikuchitika pa dziko lapansi koma ali ndi nthaŵi yochepa yoŵerenga. Magaziniwa ali ndi uthenga wotokosa maganizo wolembedwa mopanda tsankhu, mosakondera chipembedzo, ndale, kapena zamalonda. Njira ya magazini ingayambitsidwe pa anthu okondwerera opezedwa m’gawo lamalonda.

13 Konzekerani Monga Banja: Mungapatule nthaŵi ina pa phunziro lanu labanja yakuti mukambitsirane ndi nkhani ziti m’magazini atsopano zimene zingakhale zoyenera kuzigwiritsira ntchito m’gawo lanu. Ziŵalo za banja—kuphatikizapo ana—zingamasinthane mbali yawo kuyeseza maulaliki awo ndi mmene angayankhire mawu okana amene ambiri amanena, onga ngati: “Ndili wotanganitsidwa,” “Tili ndi chipembedzo chathu,” kapena “Sindili wokondweretsedwa.” Kugwirizana kwabwino kungatheketse banja lonse kukhala ndi phande nthaŵi zonse m’kufalitsa magazini.

14 Ochititsa Phunziro Labuku Angathandize: Ngati kuli kotheka, linganizani msonkhano wokonzekera utumiki pa Tsiku la Magazini kumalo a phunziro labuku m’malo mwa mpingo wonse kukumana pa Nyumba ya Ufumu. Awo ochititsa msonkhano wokonzekera utumiki wakumunda ayenera kukhala okonzekera bwino ndi malingaliro osankhidwa okambitsirana ndi gulu. Izi zingaphatikizepo chitsanzo cha ulaliki ndi nsonga imodzi kapena ziŵiri zotengedwa m’makope atsopano zimene zingagwiritsiridwe ntchito kudzutsa chikondwerero kumaloko. Msonkhano wokonzekera utumiki wakumunda—kuphatikizapo kugaŵa gulu—uyenera kukhala wachidule, wosaposa mphindi 10 mpaka 15. Ochititsa phunziro labuku ayenera kutsimikizira kuti pali gawo lokwanira kotero kuti gulu ligwire ntchito kwa nthaŵi yonse ya utumiki.

15 Yamikirani Magaziniwo: Nkhani yakuti “Kugwiritsira Ntchito Bwino Nsanja ya Olonda ndi Galamukani!” imene inafalitsidwa m’kope la July 1993 la Utumuki Wathu Waufumu inamveketsa nsonga yofunikayi: “Phindu la Nsanja ya Olonda ndi Galamukani! silimatha, ngakhale ngati onse sanagaŵiridwe mkati mwa mwezi umodzi kapena iŵiri kuchokera pa deti lomwe lili pa magaziniwo. Mawu ake samatha phindu ndi kupita kwa nthaŵi . . . Kulola kuunjikana kwa magazini akale ndi kusawagwiritsira ntchito kumasonyeza kusayamikira ziŵiya zopindulitsa zimenezi. . . . M’malo moika pambali makope akale ndi kuwaiŵala, kodi sikungakhale kwabwino kwambiri kupanga kuyesayesa kwapadera kuwagaŵira kwa anthu okondwerera?”

16 Lerolino pali anthu ambiri oona mtima amene akufunafuna choonadi. Chidziŵitso chimene chili m’magazini amodzi chingakhale chimene angofunikira kuwatsogolera ku choonadi! Yehova watipatsa uthenga wokondweretsa kuti tiufalitse, ndipo magazini athu amachita mbali yofunika kwambiri pa kutengera uthengawu kwa ena. Kodi mudzakhala ozindikira mokulirapo za kufunika kwa kugaŵira magazini mtsogolo? Kodi mudzagwiritsira ntchito njira zinazi kothera kwa mlungu uno? Mudzadalitsidwa koposa ngati mutero.

Njira Zogwira Ntchito:

◼ Ŵerengani magaziniwo pasadakhale, ndipo dziŵani bwino nkhani zake.

◼ Sankhani nkhani yonena za chinachake chimene chili m’maganizo aunyinji kumaloko.

◼ Konzekerani ulaliki umene udzakhala woyenera anthu osiyanasiyana, kaya ndi amuna, akazi, kapena achichepere. Sonyezani mmene magaziniwo amakhudzira mwininyumba ndi mmene banja lonse lidzasangalalira nayo.

◼ Linganizani kuloŵa mu utumiki wakumunda pamene anthu ambiri ali panyumba. Mipingo ina imalinganiza umboni wa m’madzulo ndi magazini.

◼ Ulaliki wanu ukhale waufupi ndi wolunjika pa nsonga.

◼ Musalankhule mothamanga. Ngati mmvetseri wanu sali wokondweretsedwa, kulankhula mothamanga sikudzathandiza. Yesani kukhala wodekha, ndipo patsani mwininyumba mwaŵi wa kulankhulapo.

Kugaŵira Magazini Kunyumba ndi Nyumba:

◼ Mwetulirani mwaubwenzi ndipo mawu anu amveke achikondi.

◼ Khalani wosangalala nawo magazini.

◼ Lankhulani mosathamanga ndi momvekera bwino.

◼ Lankhulani pankhani imodzi chabe; dzutsani chikondwerero mwachidule, ndipo sonyezani kufunika kwake kwa mwininyumba.

◼ Sonyezani nkhani imodzi chabe.

◼ Sonyezani magazini imodzi chabe, mukumagaŵira inayo monga inzake.

◼ Mpatseni magaziniwo mwininyumba.

◼ Dziŵitsani mwininyumba kuti mukulinganiza kudzabweranso.

◼ Malizani mwaubwenzi ndi mwaubwino ngati magazini akanidwa.

◼ Lembani pa cholembapo cha kunyumba ndi nyumba za okondwerera onse ndi zogaŵiridwa.
